里賈納舒適飯店(Comfort Inn Regina)

The location is good. The hotel is not so clean and smelly. This is the second floor. We asked the attendant to spray something on the room floor to reduce the smell. The attitude of the attendant was not good. The front desk was extremely slow when we checked in. I guess it was because there was a group people checked. I was wondering whether it is possible to have two persons if the people is crowded. The towels are old and do not look white. However, all these came with the low price.

Easy access from main highway. Beautiful breakfast with numerous choices including eggs, sausage, waffles, cereals, muffins and yougart. Plenty of hot coffee as well! The breakfast attendant was very accommodating and friendly, attentive to everyone's requests. Highly recommend this facility.

The breakfast was pretty good and managed by one lady. The reception staff were very good. We didn’t like that the heater in the room mostly blew cool air and therefore we were cold. The mattress on the couch was very worn out and not supportive. The baseboards in the bathroom were filthy. The bathroom sink was very slow. I always leave a tip but I just wouldn’t in this case. We will never again stay at Comfort Inn. This was our first time.

The staff was super friendly! We had a minor issue with the tv when we arrived but it was solved in a matter of minutes with what I'd call first class service! Thanks for making our last-minute getaway very enjoyable.

Room was cleanish. Bathroom could use a deep scrubbing. Cold air fan would not shut off and tv did not work properly. Only stayed a few hours as we only needed to sleep so really did not care.

Great property for the price, close to everything, easy check-in/ out…a nice bonus was the included breakfast in the morning. This was my second stay at this hotel, and would stay again in a heartbeat.
