「We requested 2 times for the room to be cleaned and it was not cleaned for our 2 weeks stay.. The receptionists are nice. The breakfast is simple American breakfast, cold eggs, DIY waffles and bagels. The highlight of the lobby is that you can help yourselves with coffee or hot chocolate. During my 2 weeks in Redmond Inn, there’s was no cookies served as promised in the brochure. One good thing about the room is that there’s a small area for microwave and fridge but no electric kettle.」

「The chanel lineup online that was supposed to be accurate was not so it was difficult to find something to watch. It would be great if the on TV guide were available instead of scanning a QR code and going to a listing that is wrong. It would also let guests see what is on instead of blindly channel surfing. The remote was slow to work, you had to press the buttons very hard to get the channel or volume to change. The pillows in my room were a bit dodgy (lumpy and broken down) and they all seemed to be the same firmness. I prefer a mix of pillows (some firm and some softer). and the ice machine on my floor was broken, which was inconvenient, especially after a long day. Breakfast was tasty and well-maintained, the room clean and tidy, and the staff were welcoming.」
