This unique home is on the Tour of the Moon 33 mile bike loop that meanders through the incredible Colorado National Monument. Less than 2 miles from GJ's Tabeguache Mountain bike trail system. Approximately 4 miles to Fruita, and 3 miles to the world famous Kokopelli Bike trails. Simply Awesome!

Grand Junction
We were visiting extended family for thanksgiving and the house was perfect. Plenty of space for us and our three kids and their spouses. The location was beautiful! Highly recommend!!

Perfect for Thanksgiving Family Get Together
Great house that was perfect for our family get together. Wonderful views of the Bookcliffs and Grand Mesa. Had fun watching the deer walk freely around the property.
