我的飯店-雷丁加州

We booked our room through ******* and paid through that website. We were in town for a soccer tournament and it was pouring rain. I was with my 10yr old son, and my 7yr old daughter. Both kids were drenched and we came to check in between games. When we came in, the girl working the front desk said that we needed to pay for our room before we could get into it. I showed her the transaction from ******* that showed they took $190 out of our account for the room. They even had our name on the registration. She called her manager and the manager said we had to pay again. ***! Absolutely not. The last time this happened we paid for the room twice and never got refunded from either the hotel or *******. So both my kids are standing in the lobby dripping wet, cold, and now they need to use the restroom. Of course, the lobby bathroom is out of service and we are told that we need to go to Popeyes to use their restroom. They wouldnt even open up a room so two little kids could go pee. The hotel was completely empty. We ended up leaving the hotel because they refused to give us a room and they wouldnt authorize ******* to refund our money because we CHOSE to leave the hotel. I will never in my life book another My Place reservation. They could have easily refunded our money, gave us a room, let my kids use the restroom, apologized for the headache, but they chose to do the wrong thing every chance they could. Now, I will be leaving a bad review on every site I can find that their name is associated with.

Found bugs in my bed, they told me to they would replace it and it didn’t happen. PLEASE don’t go here! I checked out after and went to the Gaia in Anderson
