Welcome to our Condo! Our spectacular COZY 2BR/2BA very spacious condo has all BRAND-NEW furnishings and linen. This condo is located within the 1,300 acres gated Legends Golf Resort, with a delightful atmosphere all around it. Surrounded with the club house pool, hot tub and playgrounds, The Famous Ailas Pub and so much more. This property is very convenient to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer. BED & BATH Both Bedrooms have 2 Queen Beds, dresser, two nightstands, large walk-in closet, flat screen TV with cable access and 1 has an en-suite private bathroom. The other bath is located off the hall for easy access from each bedroom or living area. LIVING AREA Enjoy our spacious living room complete with a super comfy funiture, coffee table, two end tables with lamps and a large flat screen TV on our beautiful TV stand. We also have a BRAND-NEW Full-size Washer and Dryer in the laundry room. KITCHEN & DINING Our Beautiful fully equipped; fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to create delicious meals if you decide to dine in while you are on vacation. Featuring BRAND-NEW stainless-steel appliances (gas stove, oven, microwave, double sided refrigerator with bottom pull out freezer & dishwasher), a Keurig coffee machine. Our kitchen features a eat at bar with barstools and a breakfast nook inside the kitchen with a round dining table that will accommodate 2 guests, along with a small desk space you can work at as well. When it's time to dine, enjoy our dining room table with seating to accommodate up to 4 guests. LINENS & COMPLIMENTARY TOILETRIES INCLUDED: Linen for all the beds, towels, washcloths, a kitchen dish towel & dish rag set as well as STARTER rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels and several trash bags. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES: - Scenic Views - Tennis Court - Basketball Court - Community Outdoor Pool - The 3 AWARD-WINNING (Heathland, Moorland and Parkland Courses) all 18-hole golf courses are nestled within the Scottish-inspired Legends Golf Resort facility. - 30-acre lighted practice facility - Clubhouse - Walking/Biking Trail - The World-Renowned Ailsa Pub Sports Bar & Café ******* Please note that sometimes the pools and other amenities could be closed for repair and maintenance, especially in off-season months. If the house/condo happens to be in a resort, they try to use these off-season times to do yearly updates. We can't control this dates and times and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause ***********DISCLOSURE********** **NOTE: THERE ARE NO FULL REFUNDS UNLESS THERE IS A MANDATORY EVACUATION ISSUED BY ORDER OF THE GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA. ** ************YOU MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE to rent the home----NO EXCEPTIONS!!!************* We highly recommend guest(s) to purchase travel insurance for all of those unexcepted things that can come up. - NO Smoking: NO Nicotine, e-cigarettes, vaping, or marijuana ANYWHERE on resort property, this includes balconies and pool decks. - Pets: NO PETS are allowed in the resort; this is an HOA regulation and is strictly enforced. - Events/Large groups: No more than 6 guests are to occupy the unit each night. Large parties or loud noise that causes a disruption to the resort and their guests will not only constitute a full charge of the security deposit but will result in the police being called to REMOVE you from the property immediately upon notification. - Please remember this is a PRIVATELY owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat it as you would your home. - ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES or you will be removed from the property- with ZERO refunds!!!!!! - Absolutely NO early check-in unless prior permission was given. We must have time to prepare the property. This is subject to additional charges if you do check-in early. - Quiet hours are STRICTLY enforced from 10:00pm thru 8:00am. YOU MUST Be respectful of all the neighbors & The Property Rules!! - Trash and Dishes must be taken care of on departure. -Remember since this is not part of a hotel you will not receive daily maid service...
