Hotel failed to keep my reservation (made a month in advance) with no notification. Was told at the front desk I did not have a room after a ten hour drive. This after receiving a text two hours earlier telling me my room was ready. Definitely would not recommend, unless you want to be stranded in Chattanooga with nowhere to stay.

We reserved this hotel over a month ago and when we got there they didn’t have a room for us and said they were booked. I asked if they had our reservation and they said “yes- we have it confirmed but this just happens sometimes- you will have to find another place to stay”. So awesome driving around Chattanooga with two small kids trying to find a hotel last minute on a Saturday. AWFUL experience, if you can even call it that considering we didn’t even get to stay.

Mesa was the only one that made me feel welcome..my sister and I have flea bites on our body. When I addressed the issue no one did anything but promised to call me back and I haven’t received a call back yet. Overall it was a nice hotel the microwave wasn’t working and we had to go out and spend unnecessary money that we didn’t have…along with a bottle of afterbite for the fleas.

Very clean and modern hotel. The surrounding area isn’t the best, but a very nice place to stay. Comfortable bed. Nice lobby bar and staff. Continental breakfast is lacking alittle and egg station attendant was not very friendly. Was unable to eat due to food allergies and lack of safe gluten free options. Would like to see improvement in that area.

This is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at in awhile. Everything was super clean. The bed was comfortable and it was nice and quiet. My only complaint is I brought a puppy and there were others with their small dogs that don't pick up after their pets. It's not the hotels fault but people need to be more mindful and pick up after their pets or you will ruin it for the rest of us.

A unique feature of this hotel is the morning breakfast. They cook your eggs anyway you want. The check in staff are excellent, friendly and helpful. The NEGATIVES of the facility are the additional $70.00 in taxes (for 2 days we stayed) they add on to the price advertised by *******. Also a $5 charge for the TV in the room. Oh, and no daily maid service.

Ashley and Chris were great. Amazing and very friendly staff. I love the minimalist aspect, very clean and not cluttered with big bulky furniture. The fragrance walking in was fresh and clean, great playlist on. Breakfast was good and latte machine was a treat! We will definitely be back! Only negative was parking. When leaving there was a note on our truck and all others in area saying car parking only. Suggestion, designate an area for trucks and post signs accordingly.

I really like this hotel. Even when things are not the best, the overall experience and the friendliness and professionalism of the staff is great. This was my second stay here. Our room was clean. I did have a hard time opening the shower door. Then I realized that the handle was not screwed on. So it would literally come off in your hand. We also didn't have a shower towel. But it wasn't enough for me to call the from desk about it. Just used an extra face towel for the floor(I hate wet floors). The one one thing that I couldn't deal with was the fact that our microwave didn't work. And we had just purchased a bunch of food to eat that night. When I called the front desk, they changed my room immediately. And it was only two doors down. This room was perfect. So overall, I had a great experience and will probably make this my go-to hotel whenever I'm in the area.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel we KNEW it would be a wonderful stay. The staff was SO welcoming and helpful. We got plenty of dining suggestions as well as sights to see around the area. Dennie the bar tender was SO MUCH FUN! Everyone was SO accommodating! We will def stay again and I will tell everyone about this hotel! Keep up the great work!!! Customer service is TOP NOTCH! 10/10 recommend!
