米德爾敦紅岸長住飯店(Extended Stay America Suites - Red Bank - Middletown)

It was extremely old, worn, rust bathroom, bathtub 2slices in bottom, bed-mattress soft and worn. Staff excellent! Not worth the exhorbitant fee of $250 a night. No coins!

Just cheap.

We arrived at the hotel check-in time of 3 pm. We were told the room needs to be cleaned, it will take about 10 or 15 minutes. 45 minutes later, the room was ready but the floor was still wet. Luckily, we were able to dry it with some towels. We have stayed at extended stay hotels before, but never again at this one

Room was bare basic. There was a funky smell when we entered, maybe of old food. We had to open the windows. Tub finish paint was peeling, as was the bathroom faucet finish.

Typical Extended Stay America Hotel. Front desk attendant was very friendly and nice. Wish they had an ice maker in the hotel. Towels are really thin and pillows are firm (if you like that). Good enough for 1 night.

Room smelled like ****. Room was run down. Cigarette burns on the counters. Mounding missing in the bathroom. Hair dryer ripped from the wall. Very low budget hotel.

Phone was broken in room. I left private property out edibles from the dispensary on the desk, before the day out with marine brother! not there later in the evening when I returned. Assistant manager was the one in the room. edibles go missing. Management tells I trust my A Manager! They tell me the value of my stolen property! says her daughter works there at the dispensary, she had a medical card too. She wouldn’t steal. She still works here still, heard someone lost 300$ once! I’m in a wheelchair no handicap room for me. I’m on the third floor too. Instead manager wanted me out instead. I convinced him not to do that because I’ll be going to my congressman on you. Charged me outrageous amount for one week. Few good staff members! Great room service! Can’t complain there. Management needs fixing!

Staff was super friendly and courteous. Also impressed how they dealt with an unruly customer. Smell of room was a bit off.
