洛雷託飯店(Hotel Loreto)

Localização estratégica, pessoas gentis e fomos agraciados com um vinho em nossa chegada. Muito bonito o hotel e perto do charmoso Pátio Bella Vista e do centro. Fizemos tudo a pé e no máximo Uber pra ir em bairros mais afastados. Com certeza me hospedaria novamente.

Inicialmente cheguei e a porta/grade do hotel estava trancada. Depois de tocar a campainha 3 vezes e aguardar do lado de fora do hotel, vieram abrir. O quarto é grande com uma boa varanda, a cama boa, já o banheiro deixa a desejar. Toalhas encardidas e furadas não foram trocadas espontaneamente, tive que solicitar. Deixaram um piso de banheiro que parecia um pano de chão. Dois dias depois da minha chegada, como não repuseram o papel higiênico tive que solicitar. A recepcionista teve que sair abrindo quartos para achar papel, pois não havia no depósito. Quanto a localização, o bairro Bella vista já não é o que diziam antes. Esse hotel fica numa parte do bairro que só funciona durante a semana e Duran o dia. Ou seja, a noite é um deserto. Fica a 15 minutos de caminhada até o pátio Bella vista, local bem boêmio, mas o recepcionista me aconselhou a não andar sozinha depois das 22h. Enfim...é isso.

We (couple) stayed there for three nights and absolutely loved it! Although we arrived in Santiago really early and had to self-quarantine, they allowed us an early check-in and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was big and spacious and with the terrace it was everything we were looking for to do our quarantine. After we were able to leave and explore the city the staff was always happy to help& recommend us places. Cristian is just amazing and we absolutely loved his hospitality. But also the girl from the night shift was really friendly and nice. And even the facility manager (José) was amazing, we usually ended up talking to staff for much longer than intended because we had such interesting discussions! Honestly: this hotel made Santiago feel like our home and we will for sure be back! Nos vemos pronto Cristian

Hôtel situé dans un quartier assez peu rassurant. Les chambres sont loin d'être pimpantes, et c'est peu dire. La salle de bain est absolument minuscule et d'une propreté douteuse, le petit-déjeuner, n'en parlons même pas !!! Deux tartines chichement garnies, un berlingot de jus de fruits (enfin, le jus ne doit pas avoir vu le moindre fruit), un yaourt très peu appétissant et tout ça, dans un vilain sachet en plastique ... très décevant. Le personnel est à la limite du dédaigneux, bref, nous n'avons pas du tout apprécié

Located in the slightly bohemian Bella Vista area, some distance from the centre. The initial impression is not good thanks to the iron gate over the front door, and the graffiti-strewn walls (not uncommon in Satiago, as we discovered). Inside, it is slightly old-fashioned, but reasonably clean and tidy. Staff are friendly, but generally restricted to just one person on the front desk. No lift (elevator) and no porters. Superior Room was a good size, and comfortable with traditional furnishings. No hot water the first night, but subsequently remedied. Breakfast service is limited to a bag containing a sandwich, a pastry and a yoghurt + make your own coffee or tea in the breakfast room. No other food or drink available on site. Restaurants are a couple of blocks away, as is a local park. The metro station is about 15 minutes walk. OK overall, but could do with more staff and some tidying up, inside and out. Think about whether the location will meet your needs - the area seems safe and not too noisy, but by no means central.

Très bon rapport qualité-prix. Personnel super serviable.

The cleanliness is disgusting. Body hair all over the floor in the room, bathroom. After we complained they left us with NOT HOT WATER to take a shower. All receptionists were so rude and no open to help or hear us.
