Sehr zufrieden , Damen am Empfang sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer sind sehr neuwertig und modern ausgestattet . Besonders toll fanden wir den Balkon. Zimmer waren sehr sauber also im großen und Ganzen sehr zufrieden und weiterzuempfehlen

The Hotel traded some fifty years ago as Barbarossa Hotel and had a great reputation on the market and an amazing client base, competing direct with The Engelsburg Hotel. Excellent location in the centre of town; with great potential for a wonderful Hotel, with wonderful customer focused Team Members ! Food for Thoughts ! After an extensive overhaul and renovation, the hotel is presently in a very soft reopening stage, with a number of adjustments and attention needed: Inside the bath room, no towel holder, no toilet-paper holder, soap dispenser was empty, toilet seat is loose, shower head was dysfunctional, repaired later, heating unit missing, but exposed pipes; some other pipes blanc, not covered, TV reception poor, was not tuned, with fussy reception; no cloth hanger in room, only after requesting; right bedside light not working; left side curtains were partly derailed; One lift was out of order and under construction; the other available lift was with incomplete framing; lift signage shows Breakfast being served on the 6th floor, we were directed to an outside restaurant, which by itself left a lot to be desired. Lobby Lounge under open visible construction; soiled linen trolleys were stored for two days in the lobby; The website shows reasonable rates; our was high in comparison? In general, all Team-members were very attentive and accommodating with true hospitality on their mind.
