"2025年1月3日至2025年1月6日。與來自雅典的希臘旅友一起，透過雅典一家旅行社參與了這項活動。我僅介紹一下酒店。接待櫃檯服務快速。房間、床單和毛巾都一塵不染。早晚自助餐種類豐富，乾淨衛生，而且熱氣騰騰，足以滿足用餐需求。水療中心設有小型恆溫泳池、瑞典桑拿和土耳其浴室。水療中心只有一位按摩師，所以並非每個人都能享受按摩。我很幸運，在出發前一天晚上得以放鬆。我一到就預訂了，因為希臘那邊我去的時候，他們告訴我按摩師兩天不能上班。但接下來的兩天也一樣，所以按摩師在2025年1月5日晚上7點就到位了。這位按摩師對放鬆按摩非常了解，只是她聲音洪亮，說話時動作緊張，“幸好很少”，這影響了你的身心享受。我還想知道，為什麼這麼多令人眼花撩亂的燈光，尤其是在這麼小的治療室裡，還沒有調光器。記住，當顧客仰躺時，會被刺眼的燈光晃到，失去放鬆的效果。我要求她給我一個眼罩，但她沒有。然後我請她幫我拿了一條毛巾，她照做了。我給她小費的時候，看到了她真誠的笑容。如果她能從治療開始到結束都保持微笑，並且說話更慢更平靜，那就更專業了。她用的精油品質很好，但她不知道是什麼精油！ ！往返水療中心必須穿過花園。不舒服－在惡劣天氣下簡直難以想。清潔度一般。我不推薦那些想要放鬆度假的人來這家水療中心。如果所有工作人員至少能說英語就好了。我們溝通有好幾次都遇到困難。女傭、司機，除了前台的專業人員。祝2025年一切順利，希望一切順利。"

"I can say we are happy with our stay here. Rooms are clean, bathroom is also clean. We stayed in family appartment with balcony and nice view to the mountain. Swimming pool inside the hotel is clean, not very small, there are two baby/kids pools. Sauna is a bit small, but good. Food is normal, delicious and good quality. Staff is friendly and cooperative. To wrap up I would say good quality for reasonable prices."

"Writing a review or even complaining is something I usually never do but had to here so to keep it short and sweet. the staff in this hotel are the rudest and most ignorant staff we’ve ever had and outright made our trip hell please do not stay here and avoid at all cost. You think you can ignore it and just get on with your holiday but anytime you need to speak to reception which you more then likely will a few times the outright attitude that will come your way will literally leave you baffled as to if what is happening is real"

"A wonderful location for a perfect holiday! 🌟 The staff are exceptionally friendly and make you feel right at home. The swimming pool, wellness center, and gym are definite highlights and add to the overall experience! 🏊‍♀️🧖‍♂️💪 One of the best surprises was the massage service—absolutely amazing! 💆‍♀️💆‍♂️ If you’re looking to unwind, booking a massage here is a must. For an additional fee, you can enjoy the on-site restaurant, and there’s also the convenience of doing laundry with access to a dryer. 🧺 A shuttle bus runs daily to and from the ski area, making it easy to hit the slopes. 🎿 The surrounding area is perfect for a nice walk, and for small essentials, there’s a mini-market on-site. Larger supermarkets are just a 5-minute drive away, offering everything you might need. 🛒 All in all, it was a fantastic stay, and I’m already looking forward to coming back! 🌿✨"
