Right by downtown Rawlins built in the early 1900's, but has been updated with modern comforts while still keeping with its original charm. There are some things like classic wood trim and Picture rails that make this house a charming comfortable place to stay. Easy parking on a wide street. Excellent location. Plenty of room for me, the wife, kids, and pet friendly. Well within walking distance of local shops. Only 10 minutes from Rim Lake with some amazing fishing for the family. Han was very accommodating, and quite to respond with any questions.

Excellent Place
I stayed for over a month while completing a home purchase. Duplex is clean and convenient and owner is very responsive.
