Very dirty. You can not open the windows, only usi g the air con. However the filter for the air con is so dirty and dusty you won't want it on. When you mention it to staff they are really not bothered. In the limited bar the tables are so sticky that we had to put napkins down.

Very pleased with a four night stay at this Premier Inn. It was easy to get to, offering available parking. All the staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. The room and bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the air conditioning during a particularly warm period of weather. We had a couple of evening meals, as well as a breakfast, finding the food to be very tasty and good value. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and we will use this hotel again.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Zimmer war sauber und Bett war super hab gut geschlafen. Komme gerne wieder! Auch schopping und Essens Möglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe! War schon in cardiff im premier inn und das war auch super und nicht weit weg von Einkauf Möglichkeiten!

Building work at the hotel which we knew about, but wasn't expecting to be given a room with the scaffolding and builders actually working right in front of our bedroom window. We were woke up by a jack hammer at 8.30. As we left We noticed that across the corridor the noise was greatly reduced and at the end of the corridor,the noise was almost completely gone, So why are we right next to the building work ? At the reception we asked why we had been put there, was the hotel full? We were told no, the hotel has at least 15 rooms available but the computer selects the room and they can't do anything about it. I asked, can't you tell the system the room is occupied so it can't be selected by the computer. I was met with a look of astonishment and a reply, yes that would work. Come on, it's not rocket science!!

The service was friendly; the room was immaculate; the bed was comfy. Sadly, the restaurant was closed and the lifts were out of action (not a problem for me as I like to use the stairs anyway). However, the staff laid on complementary tea, coffee and pastries - very nice!

Very friendly welcoming and helpful. Room were very clean and comfortable. Overall a very pleasant hotel to stay at. Plenty of shops and places to eat nearby
