Das Resort schaut auf den ersten Blick schön aus aber wenn man dann ins Zimmer kommt na bumm. Tische waren schmutzig Wc nicht geputzt alles staubig für 7 Personen nicht mal Platz zum Essen zu wenig Sessel Deutsch ist auch eine schwierige Sprache fürs Personal. Wurde zwar fast alles behoben nachdem ich mit ihnen gesprochen hatte. Und es ist auch nicht normal alles im vorhinein zu bezahlen aber ja vielleicht hatten sie schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht das die Leute gleich wieder abfahren. Wir haben das beste daraus gemacht werden aber sicher nicht mehr hinfahren schade eigentlich hatte im Internet ja toll ausgesehen. Es gäbe noch einige Details aber die will ich lieber nicht auch noch schreiben.

Vollkommen falsche Fotos der Unterkunft Ich hatte 4 Appartments gebucht. 2 davon waren ok, 2 waren völlig indiskutabel (Geruch, Zustand der Einrichtung, Komfort). Die Appartments waren 3 Klassen unter den Fotos, wie die Zimmer angeblich aussehen sollten. Offensichtlich handelt es sich um private Appartments mit sehr unterschiedlich Qualität über eine "Agentur" vermittelt werden. Das ist für diesen Preis völlig inakzeptabel. Nachdem ich den gesamten Preis vor Ort zurückgefordert und mit Abreise gedroht habe, haben wir zwei andere Appartments bekommen, die zwar nicht unseren Erwartungen entsprochen haben, aber akzeptabel waren. Daher: nie wieder dieser Anbieter.

All the apartments have views of the mountains and are very spacious. The decor is modern and super comfortable. All the appliances/utensils required for cooking are there but there are some gems in the village which serve amazing food as well. The bedrooms are stocked up with all the bedding you could need and are comfortable. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The slope is a very short walk away with hire facilities at reasonable prices. Rauris is a lovely quiet place but if you want to experience a more bustling city , the 640 bus is so easy to catch to Zell Am See and possibly the 660 on to Kaprun where you can go to the top of Salzburg at the Gipfel. The train from Rauris to Salzberg is about an hour and priced at €36 for an all day ticket to travel on any train or bus in Austria for the day.

Our apartment has 3 good sized double/twin rooms and 2 bathrooms. It is warm and cosy. Access to ski school and slopes is amazing. The kitchen is very well equipped which was lucky because our kids didn’t want to go out for dinner after our busy days skiing. I appreciated little things like tin foil, parchment paper, salt, toilet rolls and dishwasher tablets. We have a washing machine too which was a convenient surprise. The pool is small and dated but kids liked having a splash.

An excellent vacation An amazing vacation, only the pool was a bit cold... otherwise, perfect!!!

71qm für 6 Personen. Die Schränke hatten nur einen Regalboden, keine Staumöglichkeit für Essen in der Küche, Kühlschrank zu klein und teildefekt, nur ein Schlüssel für 6 Leute. Kann keine Romantik erkennen. Einrichtung nicht durchdacht.
