Ein aussergewöhnlicher Ort mit einem außergewöhnliche netten Personal! Nicht geeignet für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung!! Da ich unter eingeschränkter Mobilität wegen MS leide konnten wir nicht bleiben, da die Stufen zum Zimmer/Restaurant ohne Handlauf nicht für mich machbar waren. Der Hausherr war sehr Einsicht und sehr zuvorkommend. Dankeschön 🙏🏻❤️

One of the most beautiful eco hotel in Sri Lanka, where nature is still raw and untouched. Our stay here was an unforgettable experience and we really enjoyed the natural beauty filled with extraordinary giant boulders and caves that surrounds this hotel. Love the concept! Rooms on the top floor offers better views of the surrounding area and provide a more scenic experience. However, the ground floor rooms are not recommended for rainy days as they get easily wet due to heavy rain. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Ms. Chandimala was a very nice lady who didn’t think twice about providing whatever we needed to be comfortable. Mr. Aravinda and Mr. Rohana were always trying to do their best and made our visit a wonderful one by helping us throughout the hotel stay. We loved our stay at Hotel Boulder Garden and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to escape to the true nature from their busy life. Dr. Thanusha & Family

This is a very special place to stay and if you want to see the Sinharaja forest. It has an air of mystery and the awesome rock is the highlight. There are only a few rooms, no WiFi but the remote surroundings have a great feel. We saw monkeys and a mongoose wandering around. The local food was very tasty and they tried hard with a 7 course dinner banquet but the Western food was not what we came for! The staff can not do enough as they run around trying to make a comfortable stay and we were happy with friendly vibe.

Boulder Garden. I think the only word for this hotel is extraordinary. We wouldn’t have wanted to miss this experience and enjoyed being immersed in the forest, but three nights there were definitely enough. The manager, Edward, made us feel very welcome and did everything that he could to make our stay enjoyable. We were the only guests on our second and third nights, the food was excellent, he decorated our table with flower patterns and the candlelit dining experience under the great overhanging boulder felt really special

During the whole stay here the people were really kind, they wanted to made our experience the best as possible. The food was great and most of all was it amazing to stay so close to nature in this hotel crafted in the rocks! Thanks to the staff and the architect who created this hotel.

Located near Sinharaja forest ideal place to stay and explore this rainforest Calm and quiet blended with nature experience like living in a cave in the forest itself. Food and service is excellent but probably under staffed. Place need a general clean up
