這充其量只是一家相當於宜必思酒店的酒店。接待員甚至稱之為汽車旅館。房間很小，而且設施很差。雖然有水壺，但沒有咖啡機。其中一個杯子上還殘留著最後一個人的咖啡杯沿著污漬。沒有空調，沒有風扇，又熱又不通風。窗戶可以打開，但前提是您準備好將窗簾打開並且可以看到對面麥當勞的人們。道路噪音也不是很大。餐廳關門了，但他們給我提供了微波爐迷你披薩！如果您必須入住該地區的美居酒店，請前往杜塞爾多夫的美居城北酒店。

The hotel is in the sticks. There is nothing. You need a car to get there, and they then charge for parking. Only 6€, but hey, just include this in the room price. The hotel is not an architectural masterpiece to start with, and it desperately needs a facelift. Spots on the carpets, a bit of wall came out in my room, the shower rail in the bathroom came loose.... I am sure they clean it a lot, especially these days, but it just does not look nice. My first room had 6 or 7 dead flies by the window. I changed because ”wifi did not work on the third floor”. So I moved to the second. Guess what, wifi did not work there either. So I moved to the ground floor, same result. The kind receptionist gave me a special password that only worked near his counter, so I could at least send the work I had prepared. Breakfast was nice I enjoyed that.

我們在11月中旬最後一分鐘預訂了這家酒店2晚,看了一些評論後,要求在後面周圍,遠離馬路的房間。事實證明,由於優質雙層玻璃和堅固的建築,整個酒店都很安靜。是的,它是在杜塞爾多夫機場的飛行路徑下,但從晚上11點到早上6點實行宵禁,頭頂上的航班大部分時間都在着陸(因此更安靜)。我們無論如何都戴了耳塞,但我們可能不需要。我們房間(#210)外面的景色是崇高的,所有的樹木和地面上都有黃色的秋葉。後面有一個美麗的公園,有幾公里的步行小徑。我們發現房間非常寬敞,配有優質和支持的特大號牀。我們的大行李箱有這麼多空間,櫥櫃和架子的存儲選項經過精心設計。大而明亮的浴室,有一個真的很大的浴缸!熱水很快,很熱,配件很堅固但有品味。我們發現品牌浴巾超級厚,很舒服,很棒的工作!浴室的門很好,所以我們整晚都開着浴室的燈,下面只有一縷光,幫助我們在黑暗中看到我們的道路。入住的工作人員在抵達時對我們的德國人很有幫助和耐心。我們要讚揚迪沃尼奇先生的熱情歡迎和哈特曼夫人的友好。公共汽車站(巴士#751)直接在外面,可以帶你到當地叫Hosel的車站。我們要讚揚這家酒店僱用了一些更成熟的工作人員,我們發現他們熱情耐心,似乎對我們很感興趣。

I stayed in this hotel for about 3 weeks, and I can say that I had a goodtime. I can say that the rooms are a bit outdated, but with great pleasure I can say that the staff is very available to requests and to offer the best solutions available. Reception staff are very courteous and professional. The restaurant staff is always available and with a smile on their faces, and ready to welcome guests. The breakfast offers a wide range of food, and the menu with dishes is varied. I conclude by saying that it was a nice stay, and I would like to compliment the staff for their professionalism.

I had a single room in attic/sloping ceiling €52 3rd cheapest on *********** booked day before. I arrived 23:30 and had to phone for a PIN code to get in.. was emailed straight away 👍. (Number above pin pad at main door) Small room but ideal for my needs sleep and business next day. Rooms clean.. staff very polite. On checkout asked me if it was too hot… I said yes a fan would have been nice. She said they are putting them in the rooms today. Coffee to go was offered at reception where breakfast is served. Breakfast and coffee good. I could really ask for more. Breakfast extra €13-14 I think. To sum up I will revisit if price is right.
