The hotel was beautiful, and the location was stunning- if you like forests and nature. We arrived late at night, and the man at the reception was friendly enough, although we had difficulty communicating as we are unable to speak German, and he didn't speak much English. The lady at the reception desk in the morning didn't seem too friendly though, with not even a smile or a 'good morning'. There were no tea/coffee amenities in the room, which was disappointing as breakfast wasn't included. One of our four rooms did not have towels. Otherwise, the rooms were large and clean.
