At first i would say,exceptional staff service, comfortable accommodations, and unique amenities.Excellent Staff service are friendly, helpful, and attentive staff. Cleanliness, spaciousness, and well-equipped rooms are often mentioned as positive points. Resorts that offer unique features like direct access to beaches, beautiful natural surroundings, and diverse entertainment options tend to receive positive reviews. We have stayed at Mermaid Beach Resort. The environment is fantastic. And more than fantastic is the behaviour of their employees. There is an executive named Mr. Mahamudul Hasan his behaviour was fantastic. He helped us a lot . I really enjoyed there. There food was also good.

I love their hospitality and services. They decorate their place keeping the nature beauty which is really nice. I love the environment very much. They should add some bangla or traditional food in their restaurant. The pool is just awesome.

I tried to book mermaid for a group of friends to stay. They do not have an online booking system and there was a miscommunication over the phone whereby I ended up booking and paying for the wrong dates. I immediately realised the issue and asked for a refund or for the dates to be changed. The staff were extremely rude and their inflexible policies meant they refused to provide a refund or date change. The customer service at mermaid is terrible. They have a completely inflexible booking system and are far too expensive for what they offer.

Delicacy of Nature, Ornamented by sea, stars were like ants in the sky, this resort is a dreamy way of finding silence and peace. We were like the audience of the nature, pure sound of silence. Love our beach villa and love the way they sermons their service from every end.
