E si sono tornato ancora qui ! Devo dire che dopo il periodo brutto della pandemia hanno migliorato ancora il servizio ! Lavanderia molto importante per gente che si ferma lunghi periodi per lavoro e una novità il buffet della colazione con orari dalle 07:30 di mattina , si ha una grandissima scelta di prodotti freschi dal salato al dolce ! Complimenti! Ottima idea .. personale come sempre al Top e volevo ringraziare personalmente Andreea per la disponibilità e professionalità che mi dato personalmente !

We staid one night in this hotel back in October '23, and the staff was very nice and accomodating. I felt bad for the staff because they can only do so much... First issue we found was the hotel advertised it comes with AC. What they failed to advertise, is at some point during the year, they decide to turn it off for the entire building. It was 78 degrees in our room and absolutely no way to cool it down. Since we were on 6th floor, the windows barely opened and it was 72 degrees outside. The room doesn't have a fan so it was absolutely miserable. Maybe don't advertise having AC if it's not available year round! Second more important issue is a fire code violation and I cannot believe this hotel is open for business! We were on the 6th floor, and the stairs are not accessible from the floor, unless the door is already opened. We tried taking the stairs and could not access them - to go talk to the front desk about the AC issue. The doors can only be opened from the stairwell, not from the floor. They have a card reader and a handle in the stairwell, no card reader and no handle on the door, on the floor side. The doors are LOCKED. If the door isn't already propped open, you cannot, and I repeat CANNOT open the door to exit the floor! So in case of a fire, your only way out is the elevator (assuming power doesn't go out). We propped the door open with a fire extinguisher that we had to take from another floor, because our floor didn't already have one by the door. I was shocked that an American Company is allowing this hotel to be open for business! Other than this major fire code violation, and false advertisement, the hotel was lovely. Nice rooms, great location and nice staff that could not help and wasn't thier fault... I would not stay there again!

Great entrance from the pool if your room is on the side of the mountains. Cozy and comfortable room. Equipped with modern room control systems, lighting, air temperature. Minus: ignorance of the Wyndham Rewards program, I have Diamond status, the reception does not know what it is, from the very beginning. As a result, without upgrades, in other hotels around the world they upgrade me to suites with my current status in the hotel program. The complete absence of parking, under the pretext of busy west, they offered to leave the car in the parking lot at the Shopping Center. It was not possible to dine in the restaurant and order dinner and breakfast in the room. The reception only gave the phone number of the restaurant, in the hotel, with an offer to call and find out if they will feed. The restaurant answered, but said they did not understand English and hung up.

Very good accommodation, pleasant atmosphere, friendly reception staff and open to suggestions for improving the quality of the services offered, exemplary cleanliness, breakfast with a varied offer. The position of the hotel facilitates the easy visit of the main tourist attractions.

Just awful! The hotel has a restaurant which is holding weddings. The music is so loud, i was at 5th floor is terrible…i was at reception and the guy was just: yes there is a wedding. so? Groaznic! Hotel de 4 stele, pretentii…are un restaurant care tine nunti sau ceva. Muzica era ff tare; am fost la receptie si baiatu a fost: da, avem un eveniment. si? si nu pot sa dorm. si a dat din umeri. Absolut groaznic.
