Scenic location, friendly staff and delicious food

As the road got narrower and narrower and then ended altogether we were a bit worried what we would find, if anything. What we found was a little piece of heaven. Seclude is true to its name: secluded in nature with an incredible view of serenity from the balcony of our large, comfortable room with floor to ceiling windows. The big bed is super comfortable. There’s ample space to put our things. The hot water shower is great and the towels are literally the best we’ve had in two months in India. The menu is very diverse. We tried many different kinds of food and they were all delicious. The staff is so pleasant and helpful. Nadeem is always immediately available on WhatsApp and the rest of the staff are gently accommodating in every way possible. I can’t say enough good things about this wonderful boutique hotel. If you can get here-do it! Hopefully you’ll make good memories you’ll have forever, like we did.

The property is ensconced overlooking a valley some 4 km below Ramgarh. A beautiful small hotel with personalized service and beautiful views. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the service prompt and efficient, and the staff, warm and friendly. Special mention for Mohan and Raj ***** with the chef who whips up a storm in the kitchen.

Rate experience 3 on stretched basis.Actually it deserves only 2. Do not go by the views and pics. The whole experience could have been better with professional management. It looks like it has been run by local boys while they are searching for jobs or studying. There is no hospitality. Mid day snacks we ordered were items reworked from last night. Bed linen was stained and they argued when asked for change. There is no intercom and every one has a different reason to justify. In hills where connectivity is an issue, phone calls do not go through and those who give numbers do not pick calls. They say breakfast starts at 8 am but nothing actually startS before 9 am. The dining area is very dirty and smelly and not hygienic to sit on. Avoid SECLUDE properties if possible.

1. The property isnt even close to what it looks on the internet. 2. Never seen anyone charging over 34k for 2 nights 2 rooms having artificial grass on the stairs & exterior areass. that too shabilly layed. 3. There was nothing called privacy, The neighbouring room had a door which could open in our balcony & they accidently barged in 2-3 times. 4. The room keys were kept outside the room & the hotel staff didnt bother if someone stole our valuables kept inside the room. 5. The room was stinking as if we were staying inside a sewer. and the hotel staff including manager refused to help citing sold out property. When I asked them to refund they refused directly & told me to stay in this room only. They refused to give the same to me in writing or on a video so that i can put up my case with MMT & shift to some other hotel. I ws tortured for good 3 hrs. After which i started speaking to MMT customer care, which might have forced them to shift me to another room, tht too after wasting one more hour. The room i was shifted to didnt had a balcony. Whcih was precisely the reason I booked this room. It left a very bad taste with me. I will never recommend anyone to go their & get tortured.
