Extremely disappointed with quality of food and behaviour of the staff was very bad. Very limited choice in breakfast with refusal to give warm food. Will rate 3rd class. Although closer to temple, but better to avoid this due to poor service.

Rooms were good, check in was quick and welcoming - staff polite and courteous. Rooms were clean and hygiene was maintained. Proximity was the key factor. The only issue was with Restaurant - staff not attending the guests well and also the breakfast was not served as per the temperature it should be. Both dinner and breakfast experience at Restaurant was not upto the mark, although food was good. Other wise it was good

Hotel location is very near to temple hardly 10mins walk to temple It has in-house restaurant which serves all types of cuisine and price is reasonable it has room service as well Staffs are very helpful and polite in nature Good things: 1. Rooms are neat and clean, 2.very responsive team regarding any queries 3.car parking 4.water dispenser in all the floors 5. souvenir Shop in the reception is good and worth for the price Bad Things: Nothing as such, sometimes they are not attending calls in the restaurant this happen one time in my 2days stay. Over all good experience and recommend this hotel to my friends and family

Rooms and Bathrooms were not properly cleaned as shown in pics, don't judge by pics given by Hotel , only plus point is near Temple, Breakfast timing was strictly 8-10pm ( We told them due to rush in temple please keep breakfast for us but after reaching 10.15 they told us breakfast finished which was very limited and receptionist told me that restaurant owner is different) so please don't book room with breakfast,in Rameshwaram breakfast fast was cheaper in any restaurant including this hotel . Cockroaches were in the room, tea cups were dirty,no tea cattle in the rooms,House keeping service was poor

Our stay here was really good, the staff was polite, breakfast was fine. The hotel is extremely near to Ramanathswamy temple, it hardly takes 2 mins by back. Shopping location is nearby. We can shop souvenir and jewellery nearby. However, we would request them to work on pest control.

Hotel Ashoka was our pick when we were doing our initial screening of hotel selections and truly it did not let us down. We had booked a family room with Balcony. The room was very spacious with 2 double beds enough to easily accommodate 4 people. Hot water was available 24*7 thanks to geyser. The water cooler was also available at arms length because of which we didn't have to buy a bottle of water. The only thing which lacked in our room was a mini fridge. Coming to the food, the breakfast was really tasty with vegetarian south indian spread. Chutneys will not let you down. Tea and coffee and a sweet was nice. We also had dinner on one day and dal tadka, jeera rice and aloo mgobi sabji didnt let us down. Overall a good hotel with very close proximity to the north gate of Ramanathaswamy temple. (3min walk)

The stay was from 27/dec 2023 to 28/Dec 2023. There was no tea Kattle in the room. Tea supply was in very dirty cup. When raised the complain, counter person told , it will be like that and if you don't want to stay, you can leave. They also did not supply complimentery water on next day .Very poor hospility

The room was clean, toilet roll was provided, bathroom toilet seats were sanitised. It's a good stay option. Everything was up to the mark. The only thing I didn't like that much was the food, but in food, jain meal was very nice. The best we had on our whole kerala trip.
