superbe boutique hôtel niveau 4 étoiles françaises. un des quartiers les plus vivants de Tel Aviv mais rue extrêmement calme. un accueil chaleureux et amical ( avons fait 2 check in ,a une semaine d’intervalle) on se précipite pour vous aider avec les bagages,on vous reconnaît et on vous sourit à l’accueil: ce sont des détails devenus très rares a Tel Aviv et ailleurs.. la chambre n’est pas très grande (#15m2) mais parfaitement équipée. idem pour la salle d’eau. piscine sur le toit. pas de petit déjeuner mais très nombreuses boulangeries et pâtisseries dans le quartier qui rivalisent de créativité sans parler du grand marché « souk hacarmel » a moins de 5 mn a pied et cafetière Nespresso dans la chambre. ( a recommander l’exceptionnel petit dej a l’hotel Saul, a 5 mn a pied: prendre le sandwich avocat ,un must!) et puis le top: un restaurant exceptionnel (« Young »): fusion japonaise -orient - israel : une folie réserver bien à l’avance car c’est plein tous les soirs,dans une ambiance superbement décorée et fréquenté par une clientèle jeune et remuante. une expérience unique a Tel Aviv. en bref , une magnifique expérience et désormais mon camp de base a Tel Aviv!

This hotel is the complete scam. Avoid at all cost.. 1. Access - The main avenue next to the hotel (Alenbi) is in construction, Creating massive noise and access issues which the hotel failed to notify guests in advance. 2. Reservation - Room was not ready in time for check-in and the outlook was an hour and a half out. Unacceptable. 3. House - Cleanliness, or lack thereof. The room was not very clean when checking in. Some water on the floor by the minibar fridge and a puddle behind the toilet. 4. Noise - This hotel has high levels of noise from some pool club on the roof. Also, people linger in front of the hotel entrance on chairs and create noise well into the night (3am). 5. House - On day 2, the hotel failed to clean my room - completely. I made sure when leaving in the morning that there was no indication that the room is not to be cleaned left. Upon returning at 4:30pm, I discovered the room was not cleaned at all. Response at the front deck was a joke, with some weird excuse that is being checked and no firm indication when they were going to address the situation. Shortening my stay. Moving to another hotel. This is pathetic. Avoid at all cost.
