if you have an option - please choose other hotel. from the moment that you get in till the moment that you move out it’s a huge disappointment. breakfast hall with a large food selection but no scrambled omelette or sunny side aggs !! very basic coffee . far from any Israeli rich breakfast. shame. later today we had a spa treatment . no one at the reception. no bathrobes. no showers . you need to change your clothes at the treatment room next to your bed!!! seriously ????athmosphere??? a happy club music which is definitely not a relax spa vibe and last - the therapists .. two nice ladies with less than basic spa experience.. 45 minutes of a big disappointment, definitely not what you expect from the Brown hotels .. do yourself a big favor and go to any other hotel in town

Agradecimento especial para o rapaz da recepção quando cheguei e fiz o check in , realmente muito atencioso e gentil . De resto , o hotel é uma bagunça. Só vá se tiver até 35 anos. Hotel grande , legal para baladas , festas de aniversário, despedida de solteiro etc

Level of service in this hotel is very poor. We received room with window that is not possible to close properly, so we heard everything from street and wind blowing through it (14th floor). I reported this several times, through different channels (whastpp, review request sent by hotel, reception, phone at reception, email) and as you can imagine nothing happened. On the second day evening after several reports, they sent handy man who told is that window is closed, nothing else is possible. They put paper tape on window, which of course didn't help a bit. Considering we paid around 200 Eur per night, this is extremely disappointing. I understand that hotel was fully booked out, but if they had a bit higher level of service they would propose some complimentary stuff. So only what left me, is to send all negative reviews through all platforms, because this hotel doesn't deserve customer's money.

I had a group of business staying there , who complained about the service and the building which feels like a back entrance . Too crowded Communication with reservation was terrible, too many agents not taking responsibility. Not recommended

Mi mejor experiencia en Israel. Sin duda la excelencia de su desayuno y la amabilidad de su personal hacen de este bello hotel algo recomendable. Destacó la amabilidad en la Recepción de Ben, que siempre estuvo presto a ayudarnos y ofrecernos todo lo que nos hiciera falta. Volveremos

Hôtel, avec un très bon emplacement, Et un personnel qui fait de son mieux MAIS à FUIRE en FAMILLE Ainsi que pour les personnes handicapés Les chansons des escaliers entre le lit l ’entrée et la salle de bain Les ascenseurs ne sont pas en service la soirée Le Rooftop reçois les fêtards dénudée en soirée Donc l’accessibilité est beaucoup plus limité Et il faut courir derrière le personnel pour pouvoir se déplacer dans l’hôtel. L ascenseur c est bloqué avec une personne âgée à l’intérieur elle est resté séquestré pendant plus d’une heure avant l’intervention du dépanneur. HÔTEL POUR FETARD DÉNUDÉ TOUS LES SOIRS.
