I had made my booking via makemytrip. The location of this hotel is excellent. Around 1.5 to 2kms from Rameshwaram Temple. I have to admit this. I am extremely impressed with the MD Mr Arulmurugan and Operation Manager Mr. Sivakumar there. They went out of their way to make my experience the best one. We stayed in their deluxe rooms (thanks to the MD and Manager). The rooms were very clean. The restaurant steals the show. Absolutely loved the food quality. Best part was that all the bearers had a smile on their faces. While greeting, while serving and while seeing you off. I would absolutely recommended anyone to stay here. They will not regret it. 3 cheers to the entire WYT Hotels team.

I am writing to share with you my recent stay at the residency towers in rameshwaram. Located conveniently ***** the highway, the residency towers boasts a plethora of amenities and services that truly exceeded my expectations during my time there. One particular highlight of my stay was the exceptional spa service offered at the hotel. From the moment i stepped into the spa, i was greeted by a sense of tranquility and relaxation. The professional staff members were attentive to my needs and ensured that my spa experience was nothing short of perfect. The soothing ambiance and tranquil music further enhanced the overall spa experience, making it a truly rejuvenating and refreshing escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. I was thoroughly impressed by the range of treatments and massages available. Overall, my stay at the residency towers, rameshwaram was nothing short of exceptional, and the spa service was undoubtedly a highlight of my experience. Both at rameshwaram and kanyakumari, the hotel staff collected extra amt from us for early e heck in and late e heck out and they're doing this to exploit commuters and are respecting your mails or our personal humble requests. In fact they are discouraging on line bookings. Please discourage such properties and they're interested in on spot bookings at higher rates. The samudra staff at kanyakumari ate rude and are disgraceful.

Thali was very good , if you are looking for home food philkas and dal this is the best place and very near to mandir , there are timings for breakfast lunch and dinner and they also pack food for you if you are traveling by train , the thali will cost you only 100/-

Room was neat and clean. We booked for complimentary breakfast and dinner and it was really good. Good for family & business class. Service was really good. Overall worth for money. Nearby to busstand and railway station walkable distance

訪訪客用戶Pros: 1. Good Property with excellent landscape - large trees with swings with flora and fauna. 2. Clothes drying racks and clean washroom. Also upon asked they promptly provided a kettle BUT no sugar no tea/coffee bags. Cons: 1. Lack of professional Hotel staff - three people staff including a manager who never picks calls, one cook and a helper (the poor boy who run all the errands) 2. Basic food with five star rates - Unhygienic cutlery, plates all plastic, even the tumbler are plastic - completely worn out (Had to wash ourselves the cutlery and plates - not at all washed, food particles with oil on it, they just rinsed in water for sure. Even the tray on which they bring food, when was it washed last we dont know - rest you can imagine. 3. Breakfast was basis and brought cold and not worth at all - road side vendor can give better food. The sink outside dinning area is the most dirty and the kitchen area under the stairs was a horrible site 4. Rooms have no glass/tumbler - no tissues, no toilet paper, no teaspoons etc. 5. Outside room the area is extremely dirty with rat and mice droppings, plastic bottles, waste plastic bags, wrappers etc. And lots of ants. Nick and corners are never cleaned and windows are full of dust and cobwebs.

BBouyerNous étions (avec ma fille de 20 ans) a Rameshwaram pour 1 ou 2 nuits. Il nous a été attribué une chambre de 2 lits doubles. La literie était confortable.
En revanche ce qui est dommage c'est le ***que de moustiquaire à la fenêtre ! Du coup on ne peut pas aérer sans faire entrer les moustiques (donc ça sent l'humidité à notre arrivée), et la chambre reste sombre.
Pour réserver une nuit supplémentaire je suis passé par une réservation sur le site sinon le staff me proposait un prix supérieur... du coup j'ai eu des a priori sur eux. (Alors que peut-être c'était un problème de communication)
Il ne m'a jamais proposé son aide, je n'ai pas non plus de***dé.
sauf au moment même du check out, il s'est proposé et il m'a donné des renseignements sur les trains et bus, il était prêt à nous aider. Mais il aurait fallu que je lui de***de la veille!
Donc n'hésitez pas à lui de***der, il sera de bon conseil.

訪訪客用戶The picture of the room is not the same what you get. Rooms were slightly unclean. However, they do cleaning and change of bedsheets everyday, which is nice. Service was good but not quick. Please have a guard sitting at the car entry & exit gate as we have to get down of the car to always open & close the gate. Nearby temple and agni theertham.

匿匿名用戶The hotel allowed us for early check-in. The room was very spacious. It's located just a few steps away from the North gate of Swami Rameshwar temple. Since this hotel is too close to tample no need to take a locker for shoes and other prohibited items for the entry into the temple.
The washroom and the toilet were smelling badly. The room floor was not properly mopped.

Courteous staff members. Rooms service were prompt and we can rent cars for local and full sight seen. Rooms are neat and clean bathroom. The door s latch was not proper except for these , the stay had been a comfortable one. There is big bazaar, which is just 10 mins away from the hotel. Hotel location and ambience is very good.
