The hotel and staff were great! However they have a policy to rent out rooms so people can have parties! Pool parties birthday parties ect. This made the hotel over crowded and loud! The pool was crazy busy with kids who were ther for a party. The room next door was up late having a party! I had to call the front desk after "quiet hours" due to the loud music, kids and banging. It quieted down for a few but resumed later. I did not call again, and was finally able to go to sleep. The policy of renting to locals for parties is what will stop my from recommending or staying here again! If you want a hotel you cant relax at and are over run by locals and their children then by all means stay here. Also the breakfast was subpar, alot of the food were dried out and overcooked.

Rude staff, dirty room, and horrible management. The front desk attendant (Taylor) told me that it was my fault I didnt get the room I reserved because I booked third party through *******. She also told my wife that my infant son would be fine sleeping since the hotel's only roll-a-way crib was broken. This was the worst experience I've ever had during a stay anywhere.

Sliding bathroom doors. They don’t lock for privacy. But worst as you walk to the fridge you can see someone sitting on the toilet. Awful. Ans you have to almost fall off the toilet to reach the toilet paper over 2 feet away. Not all are like this as my precious stay with this chain in another city was great. Such a shame but I will not stay with bathrooms like this again.

Only guests can access the guest floors. You must have a hotel key card in order to go beyond the lobby floor. Rooms are very spacious and include a kitchen with a large refrigerator and microwave. Stand kitchen equipment like plates and utensils are also stocked in the rooms, staff was great expect for the breakfast person who never smiled and looked irritated. Great hotel, I would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay here. The room was clean and spacious with everything you needed. The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. We felt very safe here as they lock doors after 8pm and require keycard to use elevator. Loved the 24 hour coffee bar! It was seriously the best coffee I have ever tasted. Parking lot was well lit with plenty of parking. Overall would love to stay here again!

Beautiful hotel. VERY CLEAN! Staff helpful and nice. Outside had a firepit with lovely seating and tables and chairs and music! Could literally walk to Macy's and mall from the parking lot.... another mall you have to drive to right across the street with lots of restaurants. Zoe was my first contact and she was lovely! Our 2nd stay here and will always stay here... and pet friendly, but you would never know it by how clean and smell free it is.

We stayed here overnight on our way back home. We had stayed earlier this year so we knew the area. Excellent customer service. Quiet. Exactly what we needed.

We enjoyed the stay a lot. Everything is new, convenient, nice laundry for travelers, good parks around (10 min drive), downtown is 15 min away too. Very nice and convenient downtown.
