Relatively new hotel. Friendly staff. Shuttle fire not run at night - keep that in mind if you are arriving on a late flight.

The property did not look like the clean, sleek, modern images online. It is definitely due for a remodel. The halls were dark & dingy. The pillowcases were pilled and felt like burlap sacks. The shower hook was broken and hanging off the wall. The walls are painted dark and all the scrapes, sceatches and dings are super noticeable and taking over the walls.

My shower handle stuff to move Therefore, we cannot even use the shower. They came up twice to show us out wind up didn’t take another shower sitting next day trying to figure out how to turn the shower on wasn’t outside of that my stay was beautiful.

Great property. We were 2 families returning from OBX vacation. It was nice to have fresh hot showers. The adults had a cocktail at the bar while the teens played pool. The pool & exercise room we’re utilized also. It was quiet, easy parking & the staff was courteous. Ashton took good care of us & everyone else checking in.

Terrible hotel! Completely understaffed! We were supposed to have free breakfast with our hotel rooms, but they were out of everything from bagels to bananas. The front staff and the kitchen staff are rude and overworked. If you want to towels or an iron, you need to come down and get it yourself. I was there for my daughters graduation and had a terrible experience at this hotel in. On several occasions, we asked them to bring us toilet paper and hair conditioner that was never in the room when we checked in. My advice is if there’s any other hotel choose it over this one!!

The front desk and bar staff at 9PM on Saturday night were great, as was the shuttle driver at 5:30AM. Front desk in the morning? She seemed not to know that she's in the hospitality business. It happens, but a smile would've made my day.

My overall stay was pleasant. My only issue was shuttle service. After two times confirming my time for pick up (3AM) and shuttle service, because my flight was departing at 5 AM. I was disappointed. No one was there at the front desk. After waiting 10 minutes, I saw someone sitting in their car out front of the hotel on their phone. She got out of the car and I ask if they worked there, and she replied yes. I explained my issue and she said that no one gets a shuttle until 4:00 AM because the airport doesn't open until 4 AM. She then called the other location after I complained, and someone came and picked me up. That was a little frustrating.
