The hotel I booked for my employee refused to check him in last night at 1am after driving all day to get there. No one was at front desk. We called and they showed up 15 minutes later and said it was too late to check in. Excuse me? This feels like a Seinfeld episode. You can take our reservation, take our money, but you can't keep the reservation because it's inconvenient for you to check in a guest and hand out a hotel key? Absolutely absurd! They told us to contact ******* for refund but of course they don't answer the phone for anyone including *******, so we just have to wait and see what happens. Awful customer service.
