Delicious veg food, Resort is with good view and ambience. Luxury room was provide to us as expected. I would specially like to mention the manager Mr. Suraj Bhattacharya who was made our stay memorable for each guidance and hospitality. Overall satisfied with stay. Will visit again for sure.

Amazing experience ever I personally like this hotel view and rooms are super comfortable and our room attendant miss jyoti kumari is also very nice buggy rides are also very good food was also very delicious we enjoyed a lot in this hotel thank you everyone for taking care of us

The stay was lovely, loved the breakfast which was included. The place was clean and very close to the train station, and subway. Enjoyed the stay.This is the place to stay if you want a real feel for the warmth & charm of Rome & its people instead of a cold impersonal hotel. The owners & staff make you feel like part of their family and give wonderful support in every need of your visit ex. tours.& transportation. They speak very good English and their breakfast & coffee are excellent and will accommodate any request if possible. We stayed at 3 hotels in Rome and this one was our favorite for its peaceful and gracious atmosphere. Thanks to Nandini.

ITC Mementos - I cannot say enough about this place, I mean it is wonderful :) ! It was my birthday on 16th September and we chosen ITC Mementos to celebrate this special day of mine and I am extremely happy to say that the Mementos team made this special day even more special for me by putting in their best efforts, be it my birthday celebration or the beautiful message card made by HK Team. We have stayed in many five star hotels and resorts but we have never seen anything as beautiful as Mementos, be it the hospitality or the staff always behaving so well towards you. I don't know from where to start, when we entered the property the view was absolutely beautiful, after that we were welcomed in a very royal manner, our villa was also very beautiful and amazing, be it the hospitality or the food, everything was simply amazing .. ::) Team Mementos went above and beyond to make our stay and birthday very special, and I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Mr. Frahan, Miss Nishita, Miss Sakshi, Miss Sheryä, Mr. Rakesh (who took care of us the entire time), Mr. Suraj, and the team. I would like to once again congratulate and thank the entire team for everything they did for us ♥️✨

Our stay at Mementos was truly incredible! It was our first visit, and the staff made it so special with their warm hospitality. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable surprising us with our pictures, cakes, and flowers. Our butler, Aman, was exceptional. He ensured that we experienced every bit of what the hotel had to offer. A big thank you as well to Neha Jain, Shreya, and Himanshi for their wonderful efforts in planning all the surprises. Right from the time of booking, the team reached out to understand the purpose of our stay, which made everything feel so personalized. We have never experienced such thoughtful hospitality at any other hotel. Kudos to ITC for their excellent recruitment and training it truly shows in the way their team delivers service. It was a lovely experience, and we’ll definitely be coming back for picnic breakfast which couldn’t take place this time due to wedding event.
