I was stay in the this resort in Rajkot, all staff is very polite also food was awesome & tasty, this resort is situated in the heart of the Rajkot, its easy to access all the Rajkot market, we were stayed here for 3 nights, and i will recommend to everyone to this resort, i would specially thanks to Mr. Jagsher Chahal for His good nature and one of the best thing I like about Mr. Chahal is that he meets all his guests and keeps asking them about their experience durinh his stay. Thank you Mr Chahal for your great hospitality

Overall, everything was excellent whether you are talking about Mahal Hall, Amenities, Food or Ambience. I highly recommend this hotel for your family events such as Engagement or Parties or even any kind of exhibition. Shivraj, Shivek, Netrpal are excellent in seeing all small details of your function.

Great hotel, good food, good reception and personnel. The hotel room is also really comfortable, the accomodation in general is great. The garlic nan from the restaurant is fantastic. The breakfast is also top notch. The facilities are also really good, with a great swimming pool. The hotel can provide all services including commuting to and from the airport.

It is one of the most beautiful properties in the outskirts of rajkot. Quality of food is average. Staff is friendly. Overall it was a great experience staying in ran violas suite.

My hotel experience was exceptional. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment. The rooms were serviced promptly and efficiently, ensuring that everything I needed was readily available. A special mention goes to the restaurant staff, especially Swastika, who made the dining experience truly memorable. They were incredibly attentive, polite, and made sure that every guest felt welcomed and taken care of. The staff was consistently nice to everyone, going above and beyond to serve with a smile. It was evident that they took pride in their work, which added to the overall positive atmosphere of the hotel. The food was delicious, and the service was top-notch. Whether it was room service or dining in the restaurant, everything was delivered promptly, and the staff always checked in to ensure I had everything I needed. Overall, my stay at the hotel was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rajkot. The combination of cleanliness, excellent service, and friendly staff made it a truly enjoyable experience.

訪訪客用戶The check in process was very efficient and very quick. The front desk staff were very courteous. The rooms were reasonably sized and the house keeping staff did a very good job with the cleaning. The breakfast spread was very average, the food was average and the service at the breakfast needs big improvement. It was not an issue with the staff, they were all courteous and polite, but it was an issue of capability of the staff. Even though they tried their best and were sincere, it was just not good enough coz they didn't know how to manage the breakfast. Sometimes there was just no staff available if we needed anything and the bread toaster didn't work properly. The room service was very quick and the room service staff were courteous too!

GGuwahatiShekarNice Boutique Property with a 10 Room capacity . Now the incredible part of this property is its architecture & interior designing . If you like designs , colours then this is a must visit place to stay . This does not come in hotel category but more into home stay concept . The room was spacious ,beautiful with a traditional floor system . The bathrooms was again of a different make giving more importance to sustainability. The staircase is also equally appealing with a wooden plank placed in middle in each of the steps . The room has a large glass door which over sees the main road & one can first see the tree before seeing the road . If you are observant you can also spot squirrels playing in the tree trunks I stayed in Room no 303 & some of the other rooms are even more beautiful ♥️

Do not stay here if you are with family or if you want any service. It can just be an overnight place to sleep and nothing else. The front desk person was so rude. he did not even look up and made eye contact when we were speaking. Despite telling him to pay attention, he was just not bothered. we were experiencing power outage every 2 mins and we asked what is the issue. he very rudely/sarcastically said 'electricity department doesn't tell me their issue, it is a problem at their end, i cant do anything'. He could have just replied the same thing politely. We paid for extra bed when they confirmed that they will give us proper bed. However, it was just a sofa bed which rolls out on floor and not big enough to accommodate a person. Additionally, the water leaks in washrooms from the shower area to the whole washroom. Also, the hotel is on main road and traffic disturbs you the whole night. when we stayed there, there was some 'Jagrata' happening and the music on loudspeaker was blasting till 5am. They have no in-house kitchen so you have to order food from outside. They breakfast which is part of the stay doesn't come before 8am so if u want to leave early, you wont get anything. So overall, I would not recommend to stay at this place.
