黛比旅館(Debbie's Place)

El alojamiento es perfecto!!! Limpio, cómodisimo y precioso. Debby es encantadora y atiende a los huéspedes como si estos se alojasen en su propia casa. Es una maravilla de hotel en un lugar paradisiaco. Volveremos 100x100!

We loved Debbie’s Place. The room we had was spotless - large and wonderful facilities. Had a great outdoor space / veranda with an outdoor kitchen. It was fab. Really enjoyed our stay here x

Tout est parfait ici : l’accueil par Debbie qui m’a même emmené avec son véhicule visiter la dune en passant par la propreté, la beauté et le confort de la chambre avec son agréable terrasse couverte ainsi que l’emplacement ( proche du centre et de l’arrêt de bus). Déco au top.

Great place to stay within walking distance to the beach and places to eat. BUT, if common courtesy and decent customer service is important to you...I do not recommend and will not stay here again due to my experience starting right at check-in. 1. We have been travelling hours to get here so I jumped out to get checked in, only to be greeted with "Where is your mask? We are not getting COVID-19 here." Fair enough, I forgot to put my mask on when I jumped out of the car to get checked-in after hours of driving. However, where is the professionalism and decency of saying maybe "sorry, I am unable to serve you unless you have a mask on. Can you please do this to proceed?" 2. We were then directed to park where she goes, "Who is this?" I was confused and said "umm my family." She then says "the person in the back seat, you only booked for 2 people." I said "oh! It is normally just two of us but his son is here with us today. If that is extra, we can go ahead and fix this." She then goes further to say, "did you forget you had him? I found this to be so rude! She escorts us to our place after and doesn't tell us she left the key on the table for us. 3. My stepson and I went back on our way to the front office to ask for the WIFI password but saw she was busy with our neighbouring occupant. When she was free, we asked for the WIFI password and she answered while walking away. Our friendly neighbouring occupant ends up doing her job and repeats the PW to us. Not returning. :(

We pulled in later in the dark and Debbie came over quickly and got us settled. Beautiful place. Clean, bear. Safe and secure. Wish we could have stayed more than 1 night

Such an incredibly beautiful property and an even more beautiful room. Incredibly clean, great kitchen utensils, and a gorgeous bathroom. I would recommend anyone passing through Rainbow Beach stay here.

Really lovely property! We felt like we had our own little beach house! Everything was nicely furnished and Debbie was kind enough to give us a free upgrade to a king room which we appreciated. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking to stay at rainbow beach!

My family stayed in the 3-bedroom area recently. It was a lovely experince in following ways: 1. Debbie knows the area very well. She made recommendation of Quey Carlo for lunch. We had a nice meal with pleasant view there. 2. The property is next to grocery store and pizza shop, super convenient. 3. Debbie and her team did wonderful job to make the property in a welcoming state upon checkin. The proprty is spotless and tidy. There are planty facilities within the property to enjoy. 4. The property is located in a quiet location, its super family friendly. Thanks Debbie and your team. I highly recommend Debbie's Place if you plan to visit Rainbow Beach. Bill
