We wanted a quick mid-week nightover stay to visit the beach with family and zeroed in on Tropicana. We had booked 2 of the basic rooms and were happily upgraded to a private pool villa at time of check-in. A pleasant surprise that ensured we could use the pool as well as the close-by Kihim beach even though we were staying only 1 night. The villa was grand but needs better maintenance. Food (we only had breakfast) also can do with more variety. Kihim beach was fun as it was barely populated being mid-week. All in all a fun outing thanks to Tropicana.

Hello, I had a very unpleasant experience during my 2 night stay. The room had serval issues: the lights were not functioning properly, and the tv did not work at all throughout the stay. Despite multiple complaints, the staff failed to provide any solution. The room was constantly damp and felt wet, which made it very uncomfortable, the bathroom was also in poor condition and not maintained properly. To add to the disappointment, the breakfast experience was quite rude. At exactly 10:30 Am, While some guest were still eating, the staff abruptly turned off the light without any notice - a very unprofessional way to handle guests. Overall the service and facilities were well below expectations. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable or respectful stay. It was my second time stay in Tropicana. Most awesome resort I found in Alibag with a very polite staff and amazing meal course. Staff Mr Kalpesh Gharat helped us to book and also ensured that the stay was pleasant and memorable. I would recommend my knows to visit and experience the scenic resort

Best part is the front office staff and their assistance that keeps it well while at the property. James, the front office manager is excellent and a true custodian of hospitality services. James made our stay comfortable and fun for the children. Good resort with nice pool. Average facilities and upkeep. The property is little old. No lifts to climb to level 1 or 2, no rooms service after 10.30, all fnb closes after this time. Average food. Surprisingly no sealed bottled water, its on chargeable basis. Not event 2 bottles per day is complimentary.

Memorable and joyful stay. Very cooperative staff. Excellent ambience and tasty food. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family. Special thanks to James for being helpful and approachable. Reunion of Drs on 50 th year of admission to GMC and JJ hospital.

A Very special thanks to Mr. Jitendra (Front Desk Manager) for his excellent hospitality & service during my parents & their friends stay at the resort in the Villa. He was extremely helpful throughout their stay making them very comfortable and attending to all their request. Also we would like to thank Mr. Aatish Surve (F&B Manager) for the excellent service & delicious food served at the restaurant. They all had a wonderful experience and have very high regards for Mr. Jitendra & Mr. Aatish for their service they provided to them. We also thank the entire staff for their excellent service & hospitality.
