1st Owner and staff should provide all the necessary things like from towel, paste, soup, water, hotel menu etc. We had call the staff to provide . 2nd room should be clean, we have seen there was no proper housekeeping and room service given by staff , it was taking too much time and we have to call.from our mobile multiple times. 3rd room service Telephone is non operational so difficult to reach to staff. 4th have seen no lift is there, it was non operational. From ground to 3rd going without lift. 5th most important Maintenance of hotel is poor, Request you maintain it.

Its close to imagicaa, but the hotel is low on cleanliness and infra. U get much better deals in this price. Service is also a bit inferior. They shud improve.

The room was nice but not maintained properly, the door lock was not working properly, The room was smelly, There was no toiletries and dental care and overall poor experience.

We had booked 2 AC rooms with breakfast for the family and were happy with the location of this hotel. The breakfast served on the next day had few options but was good. The hotel was going through some renovation due to which the lift was not operational, building was unfinished. The overall staff and the manager were very helpful and did their best to accommodate our every request. Overall a good property and worth the price!!

Overpriced . No lift , TV is not working, Dirty Matress and towel. No phone services . Horribl. Spend 4300 inr for one night . Should have been 1500 per night.
