Very beautiful farmhouse "Bauernhaus Stoffengut", 3 storeys, detached. Above Radstadt 8 km from the centre of Radstadt, 50 m from the edge of the forest. For shared use: natural state property, large terraced garden (fenced). Barbecue. In the house: sauna, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, ski boot dryer. 1 km long motor access (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Supermarket 8 km, restaurant 8 km, bus stop "Mandling Bahnhof" 5 km, railway station "Mandling Bahnhof" 5 km. Skisport facilities 7 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Reiteralm 7 km, Obertauern 27 km, Snowspace Flachau 20 km. "Ferienwohnung Alpenauszeit", 3-room apartment 135 m2. Spacious and bright, tasteful and cosy furnishings: entrance hall. 1 double bedroom with shower/WC, satellite TV, international TV channels and flat screen. Large kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining nook, satellite TV, international TV channels and flat screen. Sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with shower/WC, satellite TV, international TV channels and flat screen. Wooden floors, natural stone floors. Large balcony. Balcony furniture. We stayed in the chalet for 3 nights. It was great and we would love to come back. The chalet itself is detached and there are wonderful views from all 3 bedrooms and the other rooms. We felt very comfortable thanks to the high ceilings and the modern fur

The house is new and modernly furnished and also has a traditional Austrian flair (lots of wood). Everything is very neat and clean, the rooms are very comfortable. The view is unique and you are very private as there is no house for miles around. We felt

Very nice new holiday home in a pleasant secluded location. The view is really great. The equipment is modern and very homely. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Everything absolutely clean. The access road is a gravel road that is a bit worn out in place
