Welcome to our Tranquility Oasis!!! Great place to watch OSU football game while swimming in the heated indoor pool!!! Memories will be made here!!!! This house offers something for everyone...A very Spacious 5000 square foot home featuring an additional 2000 square foot indoor heated pool, a large family gathering room, gourmet kitchen, 5 bedrooms with 2 bedroom suites, plenty of private spaces for multiple families, great spaces inside and outside to play games, read a book, or just relax next to the fire pit, star gazing and enjoying smores with friends and family!!
Nearby are Golf courses, Delaware State Park-fishing, hiking, beach, boating, kayaking, picnics, etc., Alum Creek, great restaurants and ice cream. There is even a train that passes behind the house that the kids are sure to enjoy!About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.Indoor pool in locked separate building for safety.About customRules:There is not a lifeguard, there must be an adult at pool when kids under18 are in pool or inside the pool house area. When done in pool lock doors.NO DIVING in the pool...pool is shallow. Swim at your own risk. Splash down!
Pool was awesome! Large with plenty of toys and towels. Very nice property all around. Well stocked and supplied kitchen. Suggestions: Dining table, screened in back porch, pickle ball court. A

This was our second stay at this lovely home, and it was just as wonderful as the first. It’s perfect for our large family, with plenty of space for everyone to relax. The pool is fantastic, and the location makes it easy to visit nearby towns. Having a Kroger nearby that will deliver groceries is a huge convenience. Highly recommend!

Well equipped kitchen is an understatement. Everything you could need. Lacked seating options for meals with the large group but the house, pool and kitchen more than made up for that minor detail.

Great quality time in relaxing and scenic rural location
The property was very spacious, clean, and accommodating for a family gathering place. We stayed a few nights, enjoyed every moment. Having a grill and smores fire pit was very nice. The kitchen was a great place to enjoy a Birthday party within the family. Thank you for sharing your lovely property with us.

This was an amazing property. Easily one of the best Vrbo rental my family has done. Rented this for an obstacle course race I was running in 2025 and my family has already decided we're staying there again when I run in in 2026. Everything was extremely clean, beautiful kitchen that had everything we needed and tons of room for our children to run around. Only had one question for the host while I was there I received a response very fast.

Quiet Country House was fantastic
We booked this home for a weekend work retreat for 5 adult managers. The property was calm, relaxing, and quiet (even with the nearby train). The home is beautiful and spacious. And of course, the indoor pool was a delightful treat. Owner's communication was great. We had no problems and would happily book again.

Large Home with Gourmet Kitchen and Large Indoor Pool
My wife and I spent our anniversary here and enjoyed the large indoor pool. It was heated to be comfortable during a colder day. Even though it rained most of the week, having the pool made things nice. We cooked most of our meals, and the the kitchen was beyond our imagination. All the top of line appliances and fully furnished is more than you’d expect.

Gorgeous and so clean!
Plenty of room to all be together. The pool is giant and everything was very clean. Fully stocked kitchen, can’t wait to stay again and cook!
