For shared use: property 2'500 m2 with lawn and trees. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 400 m, bus stop "Raben Steinfeld Oberdorf" 400 m, sandy beach "Schweriner See" 4 km, grass beach "Pinnower See" 5 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. Natural bathing area at Lake Schwerin 250 m. E-bikes can be charged in the garage. "Am Park", 2-room apartment 37 m2 on 1st floor, south facing position. Practical furnishings: living room with satellite TV and radio. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with dining table and kitchen corner. The holiday apartment is in a quiet location, but unfortunately very noisy. Anyone who likes the old GDR charm will feel very comfortable there feel. And if you like it warm, you shouldn't come in the cold months of the year. The apartment is poorly heate
