伊拉體驗飯店(Illa Experience Hotel)

Excelente servicio, limpieza, una agradable experiencia, cerca de todo, bonita ubicación, excelente servicio del personal, lugar recomendado para hosped**** y pasar una estadía placentera y tranquila, recomiendo vivir la experiencia de hosped**** aquí

Hotel parfait, bien situé pour visiter la vieille ville à pied (20-25 min à pied quand même) avec une belle vue depuis la chambre sur la vierge. Le personnel très sympathique comme partout en Equateur d'ailleurs... Les lits étaient très bons et la chambre très grande avec un coin salon et la salle de bain bien séparée de la partie nuit et très pratique. Le petit déjeuner très bien également. Vraiment une adresse à conseiller.

Beautiful hotel, fantastic location, exceptional service. The hotel’s common areas and rooms are beautiful, and great care is given to the details. Everyday there’s a cultural experience, during our stay was a hot chocolate and a specialty dessert. The restaurant is fantastic for both breakfast and dinner. But above all, the service was beyond expectations and truly exceptional. We’d love to stay here again.

Illa Experience is a lovely facility, very well appointed, with a pleasant staff, & excellent location in historic Quito. Staff seemed to want to go out of their way to tend to our needs. The restaurant menu is limited (the wine list even more so) but the food was terrific. On the other hand, we arranged for the hotel to have a driver pick us up at the airport. The driver was waiting for us (which was great) but he was not friendly, had us wait in a hot car for nearly 10 minutes while he paid for parking (other drivers handled this a different way), then took us to the wrong hotel and argued with us that we were in the right place. (We were not.) The hotel charged $80 for this service (taxi fare is less than half that). When we reported our disappointment to the hotel clerk, they said very little other than they would report this to management, and we never heard anything more about it. I expected the hotel to apologize, if not offer some form of compensation.

Probably the pillows were one of my only few regrets in that they did not offer a feather pillow as an option. They were very full and hard for me to sleep on but for other people I’m sure they were great. They are fullness of the hotel was absolutely incredible. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful, no matter which Staff to whom you were speaking. The rooms were beautiful and well thought out the heated swimming pool. The spa and massages were fantastic. I’m already planning a second trip there. I absolutely loved the architecture and the interior design.

Beautifully appointed rooms, super comfortable beds and warm, friendly staff. Location is perfect for access to the old city and the on site restaurant is fantastic for upmarket Ecuadorian cuisine. Stayed in suite 248 which is stunning and bigger than most apartments!

An absolutely great location, beautifully styled hotel. The rooms were spacious, well appointed, and comfortable. The staff were fantastic! I wish we could have stayed longer. There is a wonderful patio/bar with scenic views of the city. Located in the historic old city, you can’t go wrong with ILLA Experience.
