卡洛琳娜蒙特卡洛飯店(Hotel Carolina Montecarlo)

We arrived late from our flight after 1 am. Was traveling with a large tour group (30). Our room was located in a building that required you to go outside to gain access - luckily only light rain. There was an elevator and stairs. Room was basic and had adequate room for our suitcase's and a wall unit closet to store our jacket's. Bed was okay and there were adequate electric plugs for charging our cell phones. There was a lot of outside noise not exactly sure if it was coming from on premises or not. The next morning when we headed to the main building for breakfast, there were literally clowns staying there. Some kind of a local clown event. The included breakfast was adequate nothing fancy - it included ham, eggs, croissants, cereal, juice and coffee. Bathroom was small but clean. Still a lot of outside noise the second night. Tried to call the front desk but the phone had no direct line to the front desk so gave up.

Excelente atención y todo bien

This is a positive review. While the hotel was lacking in character and charm it did the essentials very well and at a reasonable price. My bed was very comfortable, the rooms (in the annex out the back) were far from any traffic noise and I slept very well at this hotel. The rooms were pretty large for standard double rooms with plenty of space for unpacking luggage. The shower was probably the best shower that I had in Ecuador. Breakfast was a buffet and was good, I like the freedom of choosing what I want and how much I want without wasting food. The buffet seemed to have all options all of the time. I would use this hotel again. Disliked: The hotel lacks a garden or cosy lounge, which was OK for us but might be a drawback for those with more time in the hotel. A few more pictures in the bedrooms might give more character (but that's irrelevant once asleep!)

Todo me pareció genial en mi visitá, nos trataron como si fuéramos de la familia la mejor atención que eh podido recibir por parte de recepción, los desayunos fuer exquisito sin ningún problemas alguno y habitaciones amplías

La mejor atención en calidad, me encantó en servicio al cliente personalizado por parte del personal, el desayuno buffet, la atención en recepción por parte de todo el personal, definitivamente volveremos nuevamente por aquí, cuando visitemos quito

El hotel para y mi grupo estuvo bien , la zona norte es una de las más seguras en Quito , tienes todo a la mano, farmacias, panaderías, bancos , zona de comidas ,zona de artesanos y es segura, el hotel está en una buena ubicación, el persona es super amable empezando por la señorita Carolina que siempre me apoyo en todo momento, el buffet estuvo bueno todos apoyan para que tengamos una buena atención, habitaciones limpias con todo lo que uno necesita para estar bien atendido.
