本來酒店在市中心附近，很有特色，但就比較嘈，服務台電話一響房間多聽得到，晚上有人按門鈴，整個酒店都聽得到，但早餐很不錯，不過因為我付了全款，因攜程未有付款給酒店，酒店要我重新再付多一次款，非常昂貴！加上處理過程用了兩小時，我只停留一天，非常浪費我的時間，處理手法非常差！

My stay at the hotel was great.
It is a very clean, safe and beautifully decorated hotel only 10 mins walk to independence square.
The staff was amazing, especially Roberto and Martin. They were both very friendly and helpful.
The daily breakfasts were also delicious.
The was an issue on my 1st night as there was a plumbing problem. The hotel paid for another hotel for me to stay, and paid for my airport taxi and paid for two meals to compensate me for the inconvenience.
I enjoyed my stay at Adamas and would recommend this hotel very highly.

Hôtel d’un confort et d’une propreté et modernité irréprochable rare à Quito
la chambre numero 7 familiale pour 4 en mezzanine est plus que parfaite pour un couple (un lit 2 places) et deux jeunes adultes ( 2 lits une place) .
le prix avec Hôtels.com n’est guère plus cher que des hôtels type routard et de moins bonne qualité à Quito
Point négatif à améliorer : le service du breakfast qui traîne trop et pas bien pensé

El Hotel tiene excelente ubicación en el centro histórico de la ciudad de Quito, muchas tiendas comerciales así alrededor y muchos policías de turismo que custodian el área. Muy bonito su centro histórico. Buen desayuno y Atencion. Se los recomiendo

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay here. I should have splurged for a room with a view but maybe that helped quell any street noise… we enjoyed staying in the Old Town but traffic can be off-putting. Staff super sweet and attentive.

Our stay was fantastic. The location is direct in historical centre. The most of the highlights of Quito can be done by foot. The room was fantastic with a sitting area, downstairs, sleeping area upstairs. The breakfast was good. And last but not least, they have an incredible staff, which is verry helpfull. My compliments to them!
