Están ubicados en un sitio privilegiada, una vista hermosa, la arquitectura es muy buena, sin embargo no cuidan mucho sus instalaciones, en la habitación se ve descuidada, tenían algunos focos que no funcionan, al ir a un mirador se puede ver la cocina que estaba muy desordenada y se notaba sucia incluso en los electrodomésticos. Su buscan descansar no es el sitio ideal, las cortinas son translúcidas y permite entrar toda la luz en la mañana desde temprano pero peor aún en la noche se puede ver desde afuera hacia adentro de la habitación, el colchón es extremadamente duro y no permite el descanso. El spa es super lindo pero una de las personas que atendía tenía su uniforme sucio y en el spa no estaba limpio los baños y un baño no funcionaba el seguro de la puerta. Es demasiado caro para lo que ofrecen como experiencia.

The serene environment provided a tranquil escape from the city's hustle and bustle. The spacious rooms, each with large windows, allowed me to wake up to the beauty of the crater every morning. The hotel's commitment to cleanliness and comfort was evident throughout my stay LOCATION:Situated on the edge of the Pululahua Geobotanical Reserve, El Crater Hotel offers unparalleled views of the volcanic crater and lush greenery. Its proximity to the equatorial line and the Mitad del Mundo monument made it convenient for me to explore these attractions. However, the hotel's remote location means that having a vehicle is beneficial for accessing nearby sites and the city center. DINE + DRINK: The on-site restaurant provided a delightful culinary experience, featuring a menu that blends local Ecuadorian flavors with international cuisine. I particularly enjoyed the freshly prepared dishes and the opportunity to dine while overlooking the crater. The quality of the food and the attentive service made each meal memorable. ROOM: We stayed in Room 408, so this review is based on that; SIZE: Spacious enough for 2 adults and simple baggage; VIEW: Stunning views of the Crater of the Volcano; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part of putting us to sleep; BATHROOM:Good sized bathroom with a Stand-in shower; TOILETRIES: Good quality toiletries FACILITIES: NO Gym or pool on site. They are supposed to have a spa that offers an opportunity for relaxation, and the hotel's proximity to hiking trails in the geobotanical reserve offered excellent opportunities for outdoor activities. SERVICE: Friendly staff that cared for all our needs with a smile and made us feel pampered and well taken care of. Special Shout-out to PAUL at the restaurant for hosting us wonderfully!
