萊斯登西亞精品公寓式飯店(Residenciale Boutique Apartments)

I stayed here for two weeks. I don’t have anything but positive reviews for this place and their staff. They were all so attentive and welcoming.

The property is good. It's clean and spacious. The only issue I had is that there are small cocroaches crawling in the room, bed and in the bathroom.

The property was clean and in good condition. the location was surrounded by restaurants and a grocery near by and accessible to public transportations. The unique part of the Residenciale Boutique Apartments were the people working in there. From the very first day and until I left the place, Charm Vinuya a front desk receptionist did an excellent job, very professional and very helpful. She explained the company policies very well before i signed the paperworks. Charm helped me to recovered my cellphone when I left it in Grab car. Charm did above and beyond and second to none customer service. From Charm, the housekeeping people to security guards they made me feel at home away from home. Definitely I will be back to Residenciale Boutique Apartments and i hope to see Charm and the rest of the team again.

A reasonably priced hotel in the vicinity of Univ. of the Philippines, Diliman. The rooms are functional, clean, and the area is close to many dining options.
