I am based in California and I work for one of the most prestigious universities in the US. I am writing to let the public know about a positive experience I just had with the Hive Hotel team. After watching a Noel Cabangon show at My Brother’s Mustache (lobby of Hive Hotel) on Sept 30, 2023, I inadvertently left my bag containing important documents, checkbooks, and cash. Just an hour after I left, I got a message from Hive Hotel saying that they have my bag and that I can claim it in the morning. I got back all my valuables inside my bag, no less. What a great example of true Filipino work ethics and character! More power to the Hive Hotel team!

1. The function hall on the 8th floor was suitable for accommodating up to 60 people provided to us on the first and last batch of our training. However, the function provided on the 2nd to 5th batch was insufficient for larger group activities. 2. The room is generally satisfactory, but there is room for improvement, especially with regards to the air conditioning which didn't provide sufficient cooling. 3. I want to commend the excellent service provided by Sir Ian, Sir Chan, Sir Marce, and Sir Leo from the F&B team during our training. Their proactive and accommodating approach was truly remarkable. 4. The front desk staff and the personnel responsible for providing complimentary amenities in each room were exceptionally kind and helpful in fulfilling our requests. 5. The quality of the food was good and met our expectations.
