Good as usual. Cold room, standard room with cable TV, and hair dryer. 2 towels, blanket was not too thin, there were tissues in the bathroom. The problem was the room had one busted light that kept blinking and turning on even if the switch was off. I never had a ghost at sogo before lol. So take that as you will. Also, hot water is more lukewarm to room temp than hot. And someone from the front desk disturbed my sleep because they put my checkout time wrong. Please double check so you don't wake people up at 2 AM in the morning.

Expectations vs reality talaga . Kasi yung sa picture malayo sa room na napag stayhan namin .
Yung amoy nung kwarto apaka sakit sa ilong . Chlorine ba yun or Clorox .
Tapos yung pang umaga sa frontdesk maypagka masungit .

Our helmet got stolen from our motorcycle, even though we trusted the security on duty. We know it's partly our fault for leaving it there, but we also expected security to help keep things safe. It would be better if you remind customers not to leave their belongings unattended.
Also, the shower wasn’t working, so please check your amenities beforehand to avoid issues like this. Plus, we booked online an hour before arriving, but when we got there, we still had to wait for about 10–20 minutes because the room was still being cleaned. Hope you can improve on these things for a better experience next time.

사람들은 친절하려고 노력하지만 실력이 따라주지 않아 부족하게 느껴집니다. 금연실이 단 하나도 없고 창문있는 방은 하나도 없으면서 창문없음 이라는 문구가 있는 방과 없는방은 뭔가요. 첫날 가서 마스크를 쓰고 잤습니다. 담배냄새 때문에 1분도 못자고 뜬눈으로 있다가 새벽에 나왔네요. 어처구니 없게도 환불 불가를 끊어서 어떻게든 버텨보려고 방을 바꿨지만 이제는 문을 열려면 카운터에가서 문열어 달라고 해야 합니다. 그래서 또 바꿖더니 이번에는 변기가 막혀요 뚫었습니다. 다음날 바로 막혀요 화장실 냄새 심각해서 또 룸 바꿔 달랬더니 트리플 닷컴에 문의 하랍니다. 그래서 환불 요청했더니 숙박업소와 협상이 잘 안되어서 환불 불가 및 일정 변경도 모두 불가 결국 6박중 3박하고 다른 호텔 얻음 아 열받네. 방을 하도 옮겨서 티셔츠도 하나 잃어버리고

Seems like there is an issue when booking online, staff doesn’t seem to know what to do. you cant even request for additional water, and cleaning even if you’re staying for a couple or days. When going out they always need to get your key which i find a to be hassle
