L'endroit est sympatique et surtout très bien situé entre la plage et le parc San Antonio. Le service est impeccable et malgré une toute petite cuisine, les repas étaient excellents. Nous avons eu la visite de singes sur la terrasse et avons apprécié la piscine.

Un hotel con un encanto isleño que nos ha cautivado. No tiene lujos, pero comodidades top. Nevera pequeña, un porche en la habitación genial para desayunar o cenar. Cuenta con un tendedero para colgar en tu terraza los bikinis toallas, etc. tiene muy buena ubicación. La playa espadilla pública está al lado. Para el resto si coges coche o el autobús municipal. Sin duda repetiría. A mejorar que notaba que los pasos en nuestra habitación seguramente molestasen a los del apartamento de debajo.

Buona posizione sia per raggiungere la spiaggia che il parco nazionale. Tutti i pasti di ottima qualità e con vasta scelta. Personale disponibile e molto gentile. Si possono avvistare numerosi animali come scimmie, procioni, cervi e pappagalli. Molto consigliato

Reserve para 4 días y pague 1200 dólares aproximadamente, se supone que reserve una casa con acceso privado a la playa, el supuesto acceso privado no es más que un sendero en mal estado que conduce a un canal que hay que brincar para llegar a una playa que ni siquiera es apta para niños. El servicio de limpieza no se hace a menos que hables para reclamar, nosotros entramos un sabado y no fueron sino hasta el lunes y despues de que les hablamos, y el martes encontramos una rata muerta en el patio de la alberca (la encontró mi hija pequeña) la cual ya tenía un olor fétido porque estaba en plena descomposición y cuando hablamos para reclamar nos dijeron "pues no es nuestra culpa, pero si quiere se la quito" Si hicieran la limpieza diario como debería ser y la hicieran bien, eso no hubiera pasado

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Hôtel en pleine nature et bien situé à 10 minutes à pieds du parc Manuel Antonio, tout proche d'une magnifique plage. La chambre était spacieuse avec vue sur la végétation, quel plaisir de voir et d'entendre les singes ! Le restaurant/bar propose de très bons plats. Dommage que le petit déjeuner soit en supplément et qu'il n'y ai pas de formules proposées pour les clients. Le personnel est très agréable et disponible. Je recommande !

If I could give the Jungle Beach Hotel a ZERO, I would. I booked a room with free cancellation and a fully refundable reservation as long as it was cancelled by the beginning of March 2026. In June 2025, I cancelled the reservation and expected the refund. Seven weeks later, the hotel had still not refunded my deposit. I had multiple attempts to communicate with them via ******* (where the booking was made/cancelled) and directly with the hotel on WhatsApp. They replied to me the first couple of times telling me they would send the refund, and they never did. They then stopped responding to my attempts to communicate. All messages were shown as read of WhatsApp, so I know they were getting every message. I let them know in the final message that I needed some communication or I would be filing a dispute with the credit card made to book. After filing a dispute with my credit card company, the hotel FINALLY refunded me via PayPal after seven weeks. This place is absolutely awful and they have terrible communication and customer service. It’s obvious they had no intention of ever refunding my money until they were pressured into it. I will never recommend this place. DO NOT STAY AT THE JUNGLE BEACH HOTEL!
