聖瓦利耶閣樓 - 魁北克老城閣樓飯店(Les Lofts St-Vallier - by les Lofts Vieux-Quebec)

Superbe endroit (bien rénové). Propre et bien équipé (cuisine et salle de bain). Beaucoup de fenêtres et bien éclairé. Stationnement à proximité. Facile d'accès et facile à identifier. Localisation agreablement situé à 15min de marche du Capitol

Lit très douillet. C si facile s'y rendre, stationnement en face. Les Lofts sont tous beaux: suis allée au Trésor et c'est si simple, propre et agréable comme concept. Nous encourageons ce genre de lieu

Prise de possession simple, lieu propre, foyer fonctionnel, beaucoup de commodité, stationnement et restaurant proche. Loft à prix raisonnable et agréable que je recommande à tous et Parfait pour trois couple!!!

Extrêmement joli mais secteur terriblement bruyant, nous n'avons pas fermél'oeil de la nuit, des jeunes faisaient le party dans le stationnement en face Foyer non fonctionnel, cela manquait d'ambiance

Nous avons fait un aller-retour rapide à Québec pour une journée de travail sur place (dans le loft) et avons apprécié le loft. Propre, spacieux, lumineux, tranquille. Il y a un énorme stationnement - payant - devant. À quelques pas de marche, on trouve de quoi bouffer. Le lit était confortable, et même le matelas du lit-divan avait une bonne épaisseur. Je proposerais aux gestionnaires de mettre un peu de tapis dans les escaliers afin d'amoindrir le bruit des pas, car même en faisant attention, ça craque (vieil édifice, c'est normal) et j'imagine que cela pourrait déranger les clients de l'étage sous notre loft. Ayant été là en début d'hiver et après un épisode de neige mélangée à de la pluie, il n'y avait qu'un restant de petites roches mais sinon, extrêmement glissant sur le terrain de l'édifice. C'aurait mérité une attention afin d'éviter le risque d'accident... Outre cela, allez-y, c'est sympa.

Pros: Property was clean and well-maintained. Parking was close to the property Cons: there’s no a/c inside the rooms. A/C is only available in the main living area. Stove was not working properly.

Enjoyed my stay at the lofts in a two bedroom unit. Love the rustic minimalist decor. If you wanted to stay in and cook they had everything available. Lots of space to lounge. Walking distance to restaurants and all the action of Old Quebec. Value was great and plan to stay either at Loft St Vallier or any of the other Lofts scattered around Old Quebec.

I didn't get to stay in this hotel. I'm sure it is lovely but I am very upset with their cancellation policy. I was meeting a friend who lives in the UK. She let me know after the 7 day period to cancel that she had badly hurt her back and could not travel. I considered going myself but I decided to stay home. I cancelled with them and they said I could not get any refund even though they likely could book it out again (they had 5 days notice). So I had to lose $555. However the worse thing is and beware. They claimed that they didn't get my cancellation and charged me an additional $300 because they didn't get the cancellation. How is that even legal! I paid for the room, they have no additional work for the room they have payment for, but because they didn't see the cancellation they can charge more? Even if I have a chance to travel there again, I would not ever use this group of hotels. I have been promised my $300 back, but I am disgusted that they are so rigid, that I wasted 30 minutes trying to get them to fix the additional $300 and that they can charge you more again! They have very strict rules about who can stay once you've booked, so I couldn't even ask anyone else if they wanted a three day vacation there.
