This newly remodeled hotel is worth seeking out. Don’t be alarmed by the condition and location on the small street as changes are coming. I had a Nile view suite - granted the Nile was about 2 blocks away and it is important not to look down at the roof of the adjacent building as it will ruin the moment. Room 201 is large, very comfortable and the best designed room I have stayed in during a month of travel in Egypt. Recently remodeled, it has ample electrical and USB outlets everywhere where you want them and excellent lighting. I enjoyed the big flat screen TV with 1178 channels (not a typo!) including complimentaryNetflix. The lobby restaurant has a small but very good menu for meals and snacks. It is best to order ahead so that the food can be prepared and ready for the time you want. Breakfast is a buffet and you can request an omelet and also yogurt. Reception staff is friendly and helpful. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Every thing is perfect, but minor modifications needed for Resturant space. Reception space. Uniform for all staff.
