沙漠月亮飯店

ホテル自体のサービスはとても良かったです。 しかし、ホテルのドライバーが酷かったので評価下げてます。ここのドライバーを利用し20ドルを支払い、カイロ市内観光に行きました。 そのドライバーさんがレストランにだけについて来て、大量に注文され、560EGPの食事代を払いました。食べきれない分は彼がテイクアウト。その上、しっかりチップも払います。 個人で観光したらよかったなと、後悔してます。

El hotel está enfrente de las pirámides, desde la terraza se ven muy cerca, por las noches es un placer estar en la terraza con el viento que refresca. Destaca el personal y la atención personalizada, son muy amables y atentos y te ayudan con todo, te hacen sentir agusto. El dueño y Brigitta son fenomenales, te atienden muy bien, te ofrecen servicios, excursiones, y ella hace también de guia en algunas, y merece la pena hacer algunas con ellos. Buen precio y calidad. Han tenido el detalle el dia que nos ibamos por la noche de dejarnos la habitación hasta la tarde. Totalmente recomendable.

My new wife and I booked to stay at Desert Moon months ago for our honeymoon. It was advertised to us as a great location for quiet as it is away from the city but soon realised it was safer to be in downtown Cairo where transport & services are easily accessible. Just before arriving we noticed the reviews on Google had deteriorated since we initially booked. As we got there, the scenery got progressively worse (pyramids however still in view). The location made us both feel unsafe. Following this there was nobody to welcome us upon arrival. Luckily we had a helpful driver with us who assisted us find someone to let us in but even so with a questionable elevator. We were eventually shown our room and sadly it had a horrible stench and cleanliness was below acceptable so we checked straight out. It’s a shame as the 2 young guys who worked at the hotel were lovely and trying their best to be accommodating.

I enjoyed every moment of my stay in Desert Moon hotel. People love life and they were amazing. T Breakfast was great. Service was excellent and smiling faces. Location is ever good and pyramids were lighting. They make wonderful trips to every place all over Egypt. I like my visit to Giza pyramids and riding the camel around Giza pyramids. I made amazing photos there. I went to the desert with them . I went Wadi El Hitan , it was amazing site .

Dr. Mohammed is the proprietor and owner of this fantastic place. While there we felt at home and among friends. We were set up with fantastic tour guides Ahmed shihab El Din and Lamia. Both experts in egyptilogy and egyptian culture. They took us on fantastic tours around Cairo. When each day was done we returned to a comfy and convenient hotel with great food. Thanks Dr. Mohammed. Can't wait to visit again soon.

Este alojamiento no corresponde a lo que anuncia... Empezando por su fachada que tiene un aspecto descuidado e inacabado, por lo que transmite inseguridad. La recepción en forma de iglú está ubicada en el rooftop del edificio. Nos recibió una señora vestida con anorak y gorro... Un uniforme poco usual y que nos dió a entender, y que luego pudimos vivir en nuestras carnes, qué en el edificio y sus habitaciones hacia frío. Habiendo avisado de que llegabamos a unas horas muy tardías las habitaciones no estaban preparadas. E incluso nos afirmó que la reserva de la habitación triple que hicimos no nos la podia dar porque no existía. Estuvimos 6 personas esperando durante una hora a que nos asignarán 3 habitaciones dobles. Por supuesto sin estar acondicionadas a ese frío. Dos de los sistemas de aire acondicionado (calor) no funcionaban. Le comentamos que las fotos no correspondían a la realidad y la encargada nos contestó textualmente: "tenemos un fotografo muy bueno". Dime de lo que presumes y te diré de lo que careces... Desayuno en el rooftop... Pasando frío porque no hay zona comedor aislada del clima hostil. Vistas a las pirámides... Acompañada de una gran autopista con un tráfico continuo y muy ruidoso. Termostato digital en la ducha.... Esperando una eternidad para que luego no caliente. Aire acondicionado... Que no funciona y tienes que pedir más de un nórdico para pasar la noche. Cuando uno viaja sale de su zona de confort y consigue tener la habilidad de adaptarse pero lo que no se puede permitir que te engañen y te lo justifiquen con su gran álbum de fotos. Por suerte pasamos una sola noche y encontramos otro lugar mejor.
