Hotel staff forcing me to submit keys i refuse to submit keys then they misbehave. Poor service they charge extra on water bottles t. V is not working, freezing is not a working water problem cleanliness is not there not safe for family full of web net. Poor poor experience.

We were returning back from our nepal road trip, with family. As it was late night, we decided to break the journey at motihari. We had booked a room for 3 adults but we were allotted a small double bedroom which was full of dust. No proper towels and bedsheets for three adults. When requested to give three bedroom, they refused to give. Food quality was ok

Very comfortable and pleasant stay at this property. Staff was very well behaved and decent. Food quality was very good and they arranged jain food for me without onion and garlic. Neat and clean spacious rooms. Overall a very comfortable stay. Located close to railway station.

I stay with my family and we like this very much because this hotel is so clean and hygienic and all staff are very cooperative. We love to spend my quality time in this hotel. In my view this is one of the best hotel in motihari for stay and great restaurants.

Very nice and memorable stay in exotica motihari service is excellent. Staff are very courteous and food is very tasty and hygiene. Hotel is neat and clean and the most important thing it its location and service

The hotel was very luxurious and the staffs were very professional as well. The service was great and the staffs were polite at all time. The location was great, as it is on the main road it's easy to find. The rooms were extremely neat e and tidy and the washroom was well maintained. Overall the stay was very pleasant and will be looking forward to come back to the place. Definitely of the best hotel in town.

Good behaviour of staff and excellent service. Food quality is also good. Hygiene and sanitization maintain properly by hotel staff neat and clean.

I booked a suit with balcony on mm t for 4k. When i check in i sgiked to see a small corner room with very poor quality washroom. Hotel reception told i have booked thus romm only. What a flse description on mm t, better to go offline for booking.
