Había reservado/pagado 2 noches. Solo me quedé una y al día siguiente me marché a otro hotel. El olor de humedad de la habitación era insoportable. Al llegar me pusieron en una habitación. Pedí cambio y me dieron otra . Ambas en la planta baja. No vi las del primer piso. Horrible el olor a humedad. Se ha introducido en todo el equipaje. Al volver a Barcelona he lavado alguna ropa 3 veces y persiste la impregnación de la humedad en alguna de ellas. La mochila creo q la tendré q tirar. Además la habitación estaba sucia, dejada.. muy desagradable. Una pena porque las habitaciones son grandes y es un edificio histórico. Pero está absolutamente descuidado

Compagnia scorretta. Il giorno 24 dicembre eravamo alla fermata del Bus a Pushkar alle ore 5,45. La partenza era prevista per le 6, ma il loro bus non è passato e noi abbiamo dovuto prendere un Taxi per fare i 170km per raggiungere Jodhpur.GA Ci siamo rivolti sia direttamente a loro che al sito 12go da dove abbiamo prenotato, ma nessun rimborso. Abbiamo fornito anche il nome ed il numero del tassista che ci ha accompagnati, ma non è servito a niente. Loro asseriscono, mentendo, che il viaggio è avvenuto regolarmente- Diffidate di questa compagnia. Falsi

The stay was very good, hotel and facilities was awesome, the lawn, the play area, the plants, flowers etc. to name a few. Hotel room was very spacious and the staff provided excellent service. The receptionist Juma and her colleague was very courteous and friendly, guided us well. Sankar who was in charge of the food management and vikas who was handling the restaurant were very understanding and as per our request they arranged veg food without onion & garlic. There was nice flute recital by Shri Sudarshan Patnaik during the dining. Overall we had wonderful experience and would definitely recommend to my friends, relatives & acquaintences.

Situated sea facing in the heart of puri Location of BNR is most covinient stayed in family like atmosphere in well finished room served by experienced providers. We got all amenities inside this clean and well maintained Resort. Once again thanks to team BNR 👍

The stay in the guest is the best experience in puri.food is very good and staff are friendly and among the staffs special mss Jhuma and Mr Santosh from front office gave special treatment.thanks to both and special thanks to the management for their beautiful maintain.

We had an extremely pleasant stay at the magnificent property of Chanakya BNR Resort, Puri. We stayed there in second week of May and were allotted Room no:221. The food and services were good and the pool experience was top notch. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The ambience of the property will be cherished. This is a must visit property to Puri. It is truly well maintained palatial property.

The behaviour of Miss Jhuma is very good and polite. All other staff are also very polite with good behaviour. The stay in the guest house is very comfortable with homely atmosphere. Everybody tries to grasp the requirement of the job and did it in time keeping in mind the quality and speed. Food is excellent. All the gardener make the garden beautifully looked. Today we are leaving Good bye to all of you and will be informed to all my friends and relatives about Chanakya BNR Puri for comfortable stay Regards S Chakraborty

I liked the service of everyone and the hotel is very nice staff behaviour is also commendable. Especially, Jhuma from front office was very nice and listen to all my queries patiently staff like jhuma are invaluable asset to the company. I wish a good growth to her and may she bright and shine as well as have a great success in the organisation.

The stay was really wonderful and staff were really very decent, as they help me in every odd situation. I would recommend this hotel to everyone specially for the family travellers and for those Folks who are nature and peace lovers. Thank you BNR CHANAKYA
