Tengo que reconocer que el entorno esta muy bien, jardines, piscina, arboles, plantas, palmeras, una zona privada junto al mar, paz y tranquilidad, pero las habitaciones las falta mantenimiento, están bien de tamaño ,limpias, con vistas al estupendo jardín, , bien tamaño, con balcón, armarios destartalados, caja de seguridad, tele, frigo, baño esta bien....frente a la entrada hay un restaurante, bueno bonito y barato, y saliendo a la izda. puedes comprar bebidas alcohólicas.. desayuno normal....esta alejado del centro....

hotel molto confortevole, di fronte alla spiaggia, dispone di una bella piscina nel giardino. molto pulite e confortevoli le camere con terrazza o patio, ottimo il servizio ristorante sia a colazione che a cena. Buona posizione per raggiungere il centro di Puri in pochi minuti di tuktuk

We stayed here for 2 nights during our religious trip to Puri. It is an excellent property facing sea beach. The sea beach is just across the road . The main Jagannath Mandir is about a few minutes drive from the hotel. The rooms are spacious with all amenities. Nice and beautiful well maintained swimming pool. The environment of the resort is very good having a wonderful garden, plants & Palm trees. The food was amazing and the buffet breakfast was well spread.and delicious. The staff was very attentive and helpful. I am especially thankful to Mr Rajinder who helped us by arranging a Pandit ji for easy and safe darshan in Jagannath temple. Hope to stay again during our next visit to Puri.

Centrally located just opposite the beach, the rooms are well maintained with all modern amenities covered. The team at the restaurant was very attentive to all needs and the food was delicious, the star attraction was the pool area with attentive staff. Overall a great stay

Puri doesn’t have any property which is architecturally at par with Hans Coco Palms but years of neglect, lack of investment has crippled this property! My children were staying in room 206 and at midnight termites and ants came out from the floor! They were shifted to another room 208 whose wash basin tap doesn’t work! My room was smelling and floors were cracked! Pathetic!

Beautiful sea facing property little away from crowded beach. Lush green garden with beautiful flowers and landscape a place to enjoy morning sun. Rooms are comfortable with sea view balcony. Service is very good with courteous staff members . Over all had a wonderful stay with family.

Poorly maintained. Very small room. Exorbitantly priced and toilets were stinking. Dirty linen and we had to repeatedly ask for tea sachets. Would never ask anyone to stay here. Looks like the hotel is determined to provide low quality at high price.

Don't waste your money by selecting this hotel, no cleanliness, bedding has stains all over, even after requesting for changing the bedsheet,again there were stains on pillow covers and bedsheet as well. Evening tea which we ordered was not drinkable,tasted like they just reboiled already prepared tea , on complaining regarding this they started arguing. In short you can opt for better hotels if you are paying this much high amount
