The room was excellent, offering a premium experience and a perfect sea view. The only issue was a communication gap among the management staff, resulting in inefficient room allocation, which was addressed later. This needs to be taken care of; otherwise, everything, including the food, was perfect.

Manager behaviour is too poor. He doesn’t deserve this post. After step into this hotel manager just shouting on us.

Good hotel. Good service. Staff is courteous. Rooms are good and sea facing.Food is excellent. The check out time is weird, it's at 7 am.This is very disappointing. Otherwise stay was good though it was fairly highly priced. Food cost is ok.

Dont book they take double money than actual value They provide a very bad room and said they cant do any thing as

Hotel Dreamland (Read as Hotel Nightmare) is one of the worst hotel experience in my life. They have a check out time at 7am, but when i went for checkin at 1:40pm ( after 5hours almost) room was still not ready. Seems they were doing some double booking. Room were small and not cleaned. Linens were dirty. Fan broken. Bathroom exhaust not working. Toilet seat so small even kids will have issues. They have a balcony so small it can be called a box, with cracked walls. Stand at your own risk. Hotel staffs rude asking money for each and every request. Rest you can experience yourself whoever is seeing this feedback.

Food and location is awesome as it is located just in front of the beach in New Marine Drive. The service is a bit slow and need to work on the improvement on the accuracy of the requirement requested by the guest. Overall it is good in amenities but service needs to be improved a lot.
