This newly renovated home, located in the Ensenada neighborhood is walking distance to steps beach and a handful of excellent restaurants and bars. Just a quick drive (30 minutes) from the local airport, rafael hernández airport (bqn) in aguadilla or 2 hours from the luiz munoz airport (sju) in san juan. Enjoy beautiful sunsets every evening from the back patio or talk a short walk down the road to dip your toes into the warm water at steps beach. Take advantage of the world class snorkeling and scuba diving at steps beach with turtles, exotic fish and the largest elkhorn coral reef in the caribbean. Stunning views of desecheo island, whale sightings occur throughout the winter months and world class surfing can be had at tres palmas beach. Take a short walk to other surf spots such as dogmans, maria's and domes. Cool off in our newly built 15x30’ salt water pool. Enjoy cooking in our fully stocked kitchen, or barbecuing on the back patio with friends and family. Have fun playing bocce on the 50'x10' court in the backyard. Outdoor dining under the covered patio seats 10 people comfortably. There’s plenty of other seating around the pool and covered area’s for resting and relaxation. In the event of a power outage one must be careful when running the a/c units or it will drain the batteries quickly. We also have well water so there will never be a water outage at the house. If you are looking for something to do other than surf, try scuba diving, sailing, deep sea fishing, horseback riding, shopping, movies and many more activities within minutes of the house.
